【摘要】：做好高校思想政治工作,思想政治理論課必須用好課堂教學(xué)這個(gè)主渠道,遵循思想政治工作、教書育人、學(xué)生成長這三大規(guī)律,把教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革放在核心位置,因事而化、因時(shí)而進(jìn)、因勢而新,使思想政治理論課的教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容真正實(shí)現(xiàn)馬克思主義理論中國化、時(shí)代化,不斷與時(shí)俱進(jìn)向前發(fā)展。在具體做法上,要樹立強(qiáng)烈的問題意識,以問題導(dǎo)向作為教學(xué)的出發(fā)點(diǎn),把精力和重點(diǎn)放在對問題的研究上;落實(shí)黨委思想政治工作的主體責(zé)任,提高教師隊(duì)伍的能力和水平,其中主要的是培育教師教學(xué)和科研能力。
[Abstract]:In order to do a good job in ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the ideological and political theory course must make good use of the main channel of classroom teaching, follow the three laws of ideological and political work, teaching and educating people, and the growth of students, and put the reform of teaching content in the core position and turn it into reality. The education and teaching contents of the ideological and political theory course have been realized in China, the times, and the development of the times with each passing day, so as to make the contents of the education and teaching of ideological and political theory become new and new because of the times and times. In specific ways, we should establish a strong sense of problem, take problem-oriented as the starting point of teaching, put our energy and emphasis on the study of problems, implement the principal responsibility of the party committee's ideological and political work, and improve the ability and level of the teaching staff. The main one is to cultivate teachers' teaching and scientific research ability.
