【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)制度化是建設(shè)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的核心。隨著學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,學(xué)術(shù)組織的自組織功能增強(qiáng);學(xué)術(shù)的異質(zhì)性特質(zhì)凸顯,主要表現(xiàn)在大學(xué)內(nèi)部規(guī)范與自由并存、學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力與行政權(quán)力的分立、社會(huì)力量的干預(yù)與學(xué)術(shù)獨(dú)立性的抗衡;學(xué)術(shù)制度選擇的多樣性與趨同化統(tǒng)一,最終走向趨同化發(fā)展;從學(xué)術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展到學(xué)術(shù)制度之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),且競(jìng)爭(zhēng)必然導(dǎo)致制度性的變遷;學(xué)術(shù)制度的變遷方式將由強(qiáng)制性向自主性轉(zhuǎn)變,這也是現(xiàn)代大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)制度優(yōu)化的必然趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Academic institutionalization is the core of constructing modern university system. With the development of academic innovation, the self-organizing function of academic organization is enhanced, the heterogeneity of academic is highlighted, which is mainly reflected in the coexistence of internal norms and freedom, the separation of academic power and administrative power. The interference of social forces and the counterbalance of academic independence; the diversity and unification of the choice of academic system, the final development of assimilation, the development from academic competition to the competition between academic systems, and the competition will inevitably lead to institutional changes; The change of academic system will change from compulsion to autonomy, which is the inevitable trend of the optimization of academic system in modern universities.
