【摘要】：全面放開知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專業(yè)本科教育在我國還只有幾年的歷史。如何培養(yǎng)合格的本科知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專業(yè)人才,國外沒有可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),國內(nèi)還處于初步探索階段。經(jīng)實(shí)地調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),相關(guān)高校對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才的理解存在誤區(qū),在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專業(yè)本科教育目標(biāo)定位、課程設(shè)置以及師資供給等方面存在突出問題。在詳細(xì)論證的基礎(chǔ)上,論文提出了解決這些問題的具體對策與建議。
[Abstract]:It is still only a few years in our country to completely open up the undergraduate education of intellectual property, how to cultivate qualified undergraduate intellectual property rights professionals, there is no experience that can be used for reference in foreign countries, and it is still in the preliminary exploration stage at home. There are outstanding problems in the orientation of educational goals, the setting of curriculum and the supply of teachers. On the basis of detailed demonstration, the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
