中美高?茖W(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育比較研究

【摘要】:在高等院校專業(yè)中科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育具有很強(qiáng)的跨學(xué)科性質(zhì),也是一個(gè)新興學(xué)科專業(yè)。在全球,不同的國(guó)家因?yàn)榻逃w制的不同,在科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育方面有著很大的差異,該專業(yè)的表現(xiàn)形式也大相徑庭。近些年,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)知識(shí)生產(chǎn)模式的改變,科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育普遍受到各國(guó)重視,在高等院校中專業(yè)的設(shè)置更趨完善,結(jié)構(gòu)更加完整。在我國(guó),高?茖W(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育尚處于起步階段,科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)僅僅以專業(yè)方向的形式普遍屬于二級(jí)學(xué)科,分布在傳播學(xué)、新聞學(xué)以及哲學(xué)等一級(jí)學(xué)科之下,如哲學(xué)下的科學(xué)傳播教育方向;專業(yè)的階段分布中,各高校主要集中在碩士階段,本科和博士階段相對(duì)較少;在專業(yè)內(nèi)容上,其跨學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)還很薄弱。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的比重大規(guī)模的增長(zhǎng),政府職能在不斷的轉(zhuǎn)變,公眾獲得信息渠道持續(xù)的擴(kuò)展,公民科學(xué)素養(yǎng)不斷的增強(qiáng),因此社會(huì)中國(guó)家、高校、學(xué)術(shù)界以及社會(huì)團(tuán)體等對(duì)科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育的需求隨著信息科技的發(fā)展不斷的增強(qiáng)。國(guó)家、高校和學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)高校科學(xué)傳播教育專業(yè)的教育投入不斷的加大,科學(xué)傳播教育專業(yè)體制也得到不斷的完善。科學(xué)傳播教育從歐美國(guó)家開始發(fā)展,經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展在各方面都有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論。目前在歐美國(guó)家以美國(guó)高校的科學(xué)傳播教育專業(yè)設(shè)置最完善,從業(yè)人員與學(xué)者的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)最豐富多樣,正因如此本文對(duì)中國(guó)和美國(guó)高校中科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育從學(xué)科階段、學(xué)位分析、培養(yǎng)模式、未來趨勢(shì)、社會(huì)實(shí)踐等方面進(jìn)行分析比較,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)的國(guó)情特點(diǎn),對(duì)我國(guó)高等院?茖W(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育進(jìn)行思考并提出對(duì)策。本文經(jīng)過對(duì)美國(guó)高等院?茖W(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育的深入分析,對(duì)比了中美高校科學(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育的學(xué)位、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等;運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、比較研究等方法對(duì)中美科學(xué)傳播教育模式進(jìn)行挖掘,針對(duì)中美大學(xué)科學(xué)傳播教育學(xué)科的創(chuàng)制、發(fā)展、完善的過程及現(xiàn)狀,討論了其未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從學(xué)科體制、專業(yè)內(nèi)容、社會(huì)需求等方面歸納,總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)高?茖W(xué)傳播專業(yè)教育未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì),得出完善學(xué)科體制、創(chuàng)新科學(xué)服務(wù)機(jī)制、探索公眾參與的方法、與大眾媒介融合、培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型人才等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The education of science communication in colleges and universities has a strong cross-disciplinary nature and is also a new subject. In the world, because of the different educational system, there are great differences in the education of science communication major, and the manifestation of the major is also very different. In recent years, with the change of the production mode of science and technology knowledge, the major education of science communication has been paid more attention to by all countries, and the establishment of specialty in colleges and universities has become more perfect and the structure is more complete. In our country, the major education of science communication in colleges and universities is still in its infancy. The major of science communication belongs to the secondary discipline only in the form of professional direction, and is distributed under the first-level subjects such as communication, journalism and philosophy. For example, the direction of science communication and education under philosophy; in the stage distribution of specialty, the colleges and universities mainly concentrate in the master stage, the undergraduate course and the doctor stage are relatively few; in the specialty content, the interdisciplinary characteristic is still very weak. Since the 21 century, with the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, the proportion of knowledge economy in the national economy has increased in a large scale, the functions of the government are constantly changing, and the channels of public access to information have been continuously expanded. With the development of information technology, the needs of science communication education in the society, such as the country, the university, the academic community and the social organization, are constantly enhanced. The education investment of science communication education in colleges, universities and academies is increasing, and the system of science communication education has been improved constantly. Science communication education began to develop from European and American countries. After years of development, it has rich experience and theory in all aspects. At present, the major of science communication education in American colleges and universities in Europe and America is the most perfect, and the practice activities of practitioners and scholars are the most abundant and diverse. That is why this article aims at the science communication education in Chinese and American colleges and universities from the disciplinary stage. This paper analyzes and compares the degree analysis, training mode, future trend, social practice and so on, and combines the characteristics of our country's national conditions at the present stage, thinks about and puts forward countermeasures to the education of science communication specialty in colleges and universities of our country. Based on the in-depth analysis of science communication major education in American colleges and universities, this paper compares the degree and development status of science communication major education in Chinese and American colleges and universities, and makes use of literature research. Through comparative research and other methods, this paper excavates the mode of science communication education between China and the United States. Aiming at the process and present situation of the creation, development and perfection of the subject of science communication education in Chinese and American universities, the author discusses its future development trend, from the subject system to the professional content. This paper sums up the future development trend of science communication major education in colleges and universities in our country in terms of social demand, concludes that the discipline system should be perfected, the scientific service mechanism should be innovated, the methods of public participation should be explored, and it will merge with the mass media. Training compound talents and other countermeasures.
