【摘要】：社會工作是以利他主義為指導(dǎo),運用科學(xué)方法進(jìn)行的助人服務(wù)活動過程與結(jié)果。貧困生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)與社會工作的工作理念、方法與模式有較強(qiáng)的關(guān)聯(lián)性與互補(bǔ)性,前者嵌入后者的理論空間大;而為落實國家精準(zhǔn)教育扶貧、完善貧困生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系和培育貧困生各類資本,也需要貧困生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的社會工作嵌入,嵌入的現(xiàn)實空間也大。嵌入路徑主要有認(rèn)知嵌入、方法嵌入和關(guān)系嵌入三種。為了保證嵌入效果,必須加強(qiáng)理念保障、制度保障、專業(yè)人員保障和就業(yè)服務(wù)平臺保障。
[Abstract]:Social work is the process and result of helping people service under the guidance of altruism and scientific method.The working concept, methods and models of employment guidance and social work for poor students are strongly related and complementary, the former has a large theoretical space embedded in the latter, and in order to implement the national precision education, poverty alleviation,To perfect the employment guidance system for poor students and to cultivate all kinds of capital for poor students also need to be embedded in the social work of employment guidance for poor students.There are three kinds of embedding path: cognitive embedding, method embedding and relational embedding.In order to ensure the embedding effect, we must strengthen the guarantee of concept, system, professional and employment service platform.
