【摘要】：大學(xué)作為獨(dú)立的文化力量,是社會(huì)風(fēng)尚的引領(lǐng)、批評(píng)、監(jiān)督和校正者。大學(xué)精神是大學(xué)自身存在和發(fā)展中形成的具有獨(dú)特氣質(zhì)的精神文明成果,是人類社會(huì)文明的重要成果。當(dāng)前,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈化,使得建設(shè)大學(xué)精神不僅是高等教育自身發(fā)展的需要,同時(shí)也是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的需要。因?yàn)樗w現(xiàn)著高校師生的文化素養(yǎng)和價(jià)值追求,承載著實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的社會(huì)責(zé)任和歷史使命。江西共大精神作為大學(xué)精神重要的組成部分之一,它在特殊的社會(huì)條件下塑造了與其他高校迥異的精神風(fēng)貌,產(chǎn)生了特色鮮明的江西共大精神,并曾激勵(lì)著無(wú)數(shù)的共大人。因此總結(jié)提煉江西共大精神有著重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從江西共大精神源頭入手,追溯了江西共大精神的歷史淵源;進(jìn)而結(jié)合江西共大的辦學(xué)歷史探尋江西共大精神的形成軌跡;總結(jié)凝練了江西共大艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)自力更生的革命精神、求真務(wù)實(shí)的科學(xué)精神、師生互愛同心同德的集體主義精神、扎根基層無(wú)怨無(wú)悔的服務(wù)奉獻(xiàn)精神、兼容并蓄的創(chuàng)新精神和從實(shí)際出發(fā)、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的時(shí)代精神;并指出江西共大精神具有時(shí)代性、堅(jiān)定性的特點(diǎn);最后,從豐富和發(fā)展民族精神的內(nèi)涵、重塑和弘揚(yáng)大學(xué)精神和鼓舞實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人價(jià)值三個(gè)角度入手分析江西共大精神的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As an independent cultural force, university is the leader, critic, supervisor and corrector of social fashion.The spirit of university is the result of spiritual civilization with unique temperament formed in the existence and development of the university itself, and it is the important achievement of the civilization of human society.At present, the opportunity and challenge of knowledge economy and the fierce competition of talents make the construction of university spirit not only the need of the development of higher education itself, but also the need of social progress.Because it embodies the pursuit of cultural accomplishment and value of teachers and students in colleges and universities, and carries the social responsibility and historical mission of "Chinese Dream".The spirit of Jiangxi Communist University, as one of the important components of the spirit of the university, has shaped the spirit style of different from other universities under the special social conditions, and has produced the spirit of Jiangxi Communist University with distinctive characteristics, and has inspired countless adults of the Communist Party.Therefore, summing up and refining the spirit of Jiangxi Communist University has great theoretical and practical significance.Starting from the source of Jiangxi Communist University spirit, this paper traces the historical origin of Jiangxi Communist University spirit, and then probes into the formation track of Jiangxi Communist University spirit in the light of Jiangxi Communist University's history of running a school.Summing up and condensing the revolutionary spirit of Jiangxi Communist University of hard work and self-reliance, the scientific spirit of seeking truth and pragmatism, the collectivism spirit of teachers and students loving one another with one mind and the same spirit of collectivism, and the spirit of service and dedication at the grass-roots level without complaint or regret,The spirit of all-embracing innovation and the spirit of advancing with the times from the point of view of reality, and pointing out that the spirit of Jiangxi Communist University has the characteristics of the times and firmness, finally, from the perspective of enriching and developing the connotation of the national spirit,This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Jiangxi Communist University spirit from three angles of remolding and carrying forward the university spirit and encouraging the realization of individual value.
