【摘要】：目的以培養(yǎng)核心能力為本位,改革護(hù)理教學(xué)模式,培養(yǎng)符合臨床需求的合格護(hù)理人才。方法改革護(hù)理教學(xué)模式,具體措施包括優(yōu)化核心課程體系、調(diào)整實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式、改良考核評價體系、執(zhí)業(yè)考試教育不間斷和重視學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。結(jié)果 2010年起,護(hù)理專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)資格考試一次性通過率連續(xù)6屆達(dá)100%,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率為99.6%~100%,專業(yè)對口率95%以上,用人單位、家長、畢業(yè)生對辦學(xué)質(zhì)量滿意。結(jié)論 "雙證融合,核心能力本位"的護(hù)理教學(xué)模式有助于提高護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,提高護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)資格考試通過率。
[Abstract]:Objective to reform the nursing teaching model and train qualified nursing talents to meet the clinical needs.Methods the nursing teaching model was reformed, including optimizing the core curriculum system, adjusting the practice teaching model, improving the evaluation system, continuing the education of practicing examination and attaching importance to the cultivation of students' humanistic quality.Results since 2010, the passing rate of nursing qualification examination for nursing graduates has been up to 100 for 6 consecutive sessions, the employment rate of graduates is 99.60.The professional matching rate is more than 95%. The employers, parents and graduates are satisfied with the quality of running a school.Conclusion the nursing teaching mode of "double syndromes fusion and core competence standard" is helpful to improve the quality of nursing talents training and the passing rate of nurses' qualification examination.
