【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的社會(huì)背景下,發(fā)生改變的不只是人們的生產(chǎn)方式和生活方式,人們的思想方式和行為方式也隨之發(fā)生著變化。生活在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化環(huán)境下的高校青年教師,在現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中處于一個(gè)較為特殊的角色,他們既充當(dāng)著教育者也充當(dāng)著受教育者,并且具有現(xiàn)代社會(huì)特征,行為方式深深地打上了時(shí)代發(fā)展和社會(huì)變遷的烙印。與青年學(xué)生年齡相近的高校青年教師,成長(zhǎng)的時(shí)代背景相似,具有青年群體的一般性特征,在思想、心理、語(yǔ)言、行為等方面具有一定的共通性,心理容易靠近,思想容易產(chǎn)生共鳴。作為工作在教學(xué)科研第一線的青年教師對(duì)學(xué)生的影響最大,也最為直接。青年教師的一言一行對(duì)學(xué)生有著潛移默化的導(dǎo)向作用,他們的理想信念、精神面貌、思想品格、道德情操、師德風(fēng)范與工作作風(fēng)無(wú)不影響著青年學(xué)生的思想行為,影響著高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,并直接關(guān)系著全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人的培養(yǎng)。本文以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用哲學(xué)、政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)的研究成果和研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)高校青年教師的行為方式進(jìn)行研究。本文共分七章,主要內(nèi)容如下:緒論部分即第一章主要闡述了高校青年教師行為方式研究的背景和研究意義,對(duì)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,為分析高校青年教師行為方式現(xiàn)狀及其原因分析提供研究依據(jù)。第二章概述了人的行為及行為方式的基本內(nèi)涵、特性及行為方式發(fā)生發(fā)展的一般過(guò)程,并梳理了不同學(xué)科及行為流派對(duì)行為的研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了影響人的行為方式的內(nèi)在和外在因素。同時(shí),從年齡和身份界定了本文的研究對(duì)象高校青年教師,梳理和探索了高校青年教師行為方式的特殊性及影響和作用。第三章主要對(duì)高校青年教師行為方式研究的馬克思主義理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了梳理,分別從馬克思主義存在和意識(shí)的關(guān)系的理論、馬克思主義關(guān)于人的理論、當(dāng)代馬克思主義青年觀與教師觀幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了概述,為本文開(kāi)展研究提供理論依據(jù)。第四章對(duì)高校青年教師行為方式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)證調(diào)查分析,采樣主要以首都高校的青年教師為主,從政治參與行為、職業(yè)道德行為、教育教學(xué)行為、交往行為、消費(fèi)行為和家庭行為等六個(gè)方面探討了高校青年教師行為方式的現(xiàn)狀和表現(xiàn)特點(diǎn),為后續(xù)的原因分析及對(duì)策路徑提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。第五章將高校青年教師行為方式的表現(xiàn)放在時(shí)代的大背景下,研究分析了其形成和發(fā)展的影響因素,為探尋解決途徑打下基礎(chǔ)。第六章從時(shí)代發(fā)展對(duì)高校青年教師的要求出發(fā),提出高校青年教師行為方式優(yōu)化的內(nèi)在要求、基本原則和基本方法。第七章基于以上章節(jié)的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)的分析,以及提出的高校青年教師行為方式優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)要求和基本原則,論述高校青年教師行為方式優(yōu)化的基本對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the social background of economic globalization, it is not only the mode of production and way of life that changes, but also the way of thinking and behavior.The young college teachers living in the environment of economic globalization are in a special role in the real society. They act as both educators and educatees, and they have the characteristics of modern society.Behavior is deeply branded by the development of the times and social changes.Young college teachers of the same age as young students, have similar background of growing up, have the general characteristics of the youth group, have certain commonality in the aspects of thought, psychology, language, behavior and so on, and the psychology is easy to approach.Ideas resonate easily.Young teachers who work in the front line of teaching and research have the greatest and most direct influence on students.Young teachers' words and deeds have an imperceptible guiding role for students. Their ideals and beliefs, mental outlook, ideological character, moral sentiment, teachers' moral style and work style all affect the ideological behavior of young students.It affects the quality of talents training in higher education and is directly related to the cultivation of socialist constructors and successors.Under the guidance of Marxism, this paper studies the behavior of young teachers in colleges and universities in China by using the research results and methods of philosophy, politics, sociology and psychology.This paper is divided into seven chapters. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of the research on the behavior patterns of young teachers in colleges and universities, and summarizes the current situation of the research.In order to analyze the behavior of young teachers in colleges and universities and the analysis of the causes of the status quo to provide research basis.The second chapter summarizes the basic connotation, characteristics and the general process of the occurrence and development of human behavior and behavior style, and combs the research on behavior of different disciplines and behavioral schools.On this basis, it analyzes the internal and external factors that affect human behavior.At the same time, it defines the research object of this paper from age and identity, combs and explores the particularity, influence and function of the behavior style of young college teachers.The third chapter mainly combs the theoretical basis of Marxism on the behavior mode of young teachers in colleges and universities, respectively from the theory of the relationship between Marxism existence and consciousness, the Marxist theory on human beings.This paper summarizes the contemporary Marxist views on youth and teachers, and provides a theoretical basis for the study of this paper.The fourth chapter makes a systematic and empirical investigation and analysis on the current situation of the behavior of young teachers in colleges and universities. The sampling mainly includes the behavior of political participation, the behavior of professional ethics, the behavior of education and teaching, and the behavior of communication.This paper probes into the present situation and characteristics of the behavior of young teachers in colleges and universities from six aspects, such as consumer behavior and family behavior, which provides a realistic basis for the analysis of the causes and the countermeasures for the follow-up.The fifth chapter puts the behavior of young teachers in colleges and universities under the background of the times, studies and analyzes the influence factors of its formation and development, and lays a foundation for exploring the solution.The sixth chapter puts forward the internal requirements, basic principles and methods of the optimization of the behavior style of the young teachers in colleges and universities from the requirements of the development of the times for the young teachers in colleges and universities.The seventh chapter is based on the analysis of the theoretical and practical basis of the above chapters, as well as the objective requirements and basic principles of the optimization of the behavior patterns of young teachers in colleges and universities, and discusses the basic countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the behavior patterns of young teachers in colleges and universities.
