【摘要】：研究生教育是為國家培養(yǎng)高級專門人才的教育模式。美國高等教育一直處于世界領(lǐng)先地位,成為各國爭相學(xué)習(xí)的范本。哈佛大學(xué)教育研究生院的高等教育學(xué)培養(yǎng)出許多世界知名的高等教育改革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和學(xué)者,高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)模式發(fā)展較為成熟。哈佛大學(xué)高等教育學(xué)的人才培養(yǎng)模式有鮮明的特點(diǎn),從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)課程的設(shè)置到人才培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐實(shí)習(xí)活動上都體現(xiàn)了“應(yīng)用性”的特點(diǎn)。哈佛大學(xué)以為本校、本州以及國家培養(yǎng)高等教育領(lǐng)域精英人才為主要目的進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)方向的設(shè)置,促進(jìn)高等教育的全面發(fā)展。文章通過歷史發(fā)展的角度對哈佛大學(xué)高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行深入分析,從而為我國高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)的發(fā)展指明道路,培養(yǎng)出“適銷對路”的高等教育人才。本文從以下四方面對哈佛大學(xué)的高等教育學(xué)碩士生的培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行剖析。第一部分是緒論部分,主要論述了問題的來源、研究意義、概念界定、研究方法和國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)等。第二部分為歷史部分,主要圍繞著哈佛大學(xué)教育研究生院的簡歷背景、發(fā)展過程以及成熟的體制三方面進(jìn)行了闡述,高等教育學(xué)孕育在研究生院下,蓬勃發(fā)展。第三部分是對于高等教育學(xué)培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了深入的剖析,主要包括人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)規(guī)格、專業(yè)培養(yǎng)制度、以及評估淘汰制度、人才培養(yǎng)特征、特點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)。第四部分則是對我國高等教育學(xué)建設(shè)的啟示和意見,通過學(xué)習(xí)其他國家先進(jìn)的教育經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)行改革。
[Abstract]:Graduate education is an educational model for the training of senior professionals for the country.American higher education has always been in the leading position in the world and has become a model for all countries to learn.The graduate school of higher education at Harvard University has cultivated many world-famous leaders and scholars of higher education reform, and the mode of talent training for higher education majors is relatively mature.The talent training mode of higher education at Harvard University has distinct characteristics. It embodies the characteristics of "application" from the goal of talent cultivation, the setting of talent training curriculum to the practical practice of talent training.In order to promote the all-round development of higher education, Harvard University aims to train elite talents in higher education for the main purposes of the university, the state and the country.In this paper, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the training mode of higher education majors in Harvard University from the perspective of historical development, so as to point out the way for the development of higher education majors in our country and cultivate the marketable talents of higher education.This paper analyzes the training mode of the Master of higher Education in Harvard University from the following four aspects.The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the source of the problem, research significance, concept definition, research methods and domestic and foreign research literature.The second part is divided into the history part, which mainly focuses on the background, the development process and the mature system of the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University.The third part is the in-depth analysis of the higher education training model, mainly including talent training objectives, talent training specifications, professional training system, as well as the evaluation of the elimination system, talent training characteristics,Characteristics and other aspects of the summary.The fourth part is the enlightenment and the opinion to our country higher education science construction, through the study other countries advanced education experience, carries on the reform.
