基于學(xué)生主體性的高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究

【摘要】:2015年《國務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于深化高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的實(shí)施意見》(后簡(jiǎn)稱《實(shí)施意見》)中提出,深化高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革,是國家實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)提質(zhì)增效升級(jí)的迫切需要,是推進(jìn)高等教育綜合改革、促進(jìn)高校畢業(yè)生更高質(zhì)量創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)的重要舉措。與此同時(shí),我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),迫切需要各級(jí)各類創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才為市場(chǎng)注入新活力,在此時(shí)代背景下,傳統(tǒng)高等教育以課堂教學(xué)為核心,追求單一知識(shí)和技能的提高的教育方式已經(jīng)不能完全應(yīng)對(duì)國家快速發(fā)展而對(duì)人才提出的更高要求,筆者認(rèn)為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的應(yīng)運(yùn)而生為人才培養(yǎng)提出了一種新思路。基于此,筆者從學(xué)生主體性視角出發(fā),以南京理工大學(xué)為個(gè)案,探討我國創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中存在的問題,以期為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展與建設(shè)提供一些支持與幫助。首先,筆者對(duì)國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究情況和學(xué)生主體性的研究情況進(jìn)行了梳理,確定了自己的研究方法、研究視角、研究對(duì)象和研究流程。其次介紹了主體性、學(xué)生主體性、主體性教育理論等相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),并闡述了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中發(fā)展學(xué)生主體性的重要性,認(rèn)為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育應(yīng)該回歸其教育育人的本質(zhì)。然后以南京理工大學(xué)為案例,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查、深度訪談等方法,確證了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的實(shí)施過程中存在主體性失落的情況,并進(jìn)一步分析了影響學(xué)生主體性發(fā)展的相關(guān)因素。最后,筆者認(rèn)為完善的課程體系的建立應(yīng)該成為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育促進(jìn)學(xué)生主體性發(fā)展的落腳點(diǎn),于是針對(duì)課程體系的建設(shè)提出了一系列建議。
[Abstract]:In the "opinions of the General Office of the State Council on the implementation of the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities" in 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the implementation opinions"), it is pointed out that deepening the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning is a national innovation-driven strategyThe urgent need to promote the upgrading of economic quality and efficiency is an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and to promote the higher quality of employment for college graduates.At the same time, the economic development of our country has entered the new normal, and it is urgent to inject new vitality into the market with all kinds of innovative entrepreneurial talents at all levels. Under the background of the times, the traditional higher education takes classroom teaching as the core.The educational way of pursuing the improvement of single knowledge and skill can not fully meet the higher requirements for the talents put forward by the rapid development of the country. The author thinks that the creation of innovative entrepreneurship education has put forward a new way for the cultivation of talents.Based on this, the author takes Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a case to discuss the problems in innovative entrepreneurship education in order to provide some support and help for the development and construction of innovative entrepreneurship education from the perspective of students' subjectivity.Firstly, the author combs the research situation of innovative entrepreneurship education at home and abroad and the research situation of students' subjectivity, and determines its own research method, research perspective, research object and research process.Secondly, it introduces the theoretical basis of subjectivity, student subjectivity and subjectivity education theory, and expounds the importance of developing students' subjectivity in innovative entrepreneurship education, and holds that innovative entrepreneurship education should return to its essence of educating people.Then, taking Nanjing University of Technology as a case, using the methods of questionnaire investigation and in-depth interview, this paper confirms the situation of the loss of subjectivity in the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education, and further analyzes the relevant factors that affect the development of students' subjectivity.Finally, the author believes that the establishment of a perfect curriculum system should become the foothold of innovative entrepreneurship education to promote the development of students' subjectivity, and puts forward a series of suggestions for the construction of curriculum system.
