【摘要】：人才培養(yǎng)是大學(xué)存在之本,不應(yīng)把大學(xué)的科學(xué)研究與社會服務(wù)職能同人才培養(yǎng)職能相提并論。大學(xué)的科學(xué)研究與社會服務(wù)應(yīng)當(dāng)有助于人才培養(yǎng)。對于大學(xué)的科學(xué)研究與社會服務(wù),有必要就其"人才培養(yǎng)貢獻(xiàn)度"進(jìn)行"教育性評價"。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of talents is the foundation of the existence of universities, and the functions of scientific research and social service should not be compared with the functions of cultivating talents.The scientific research and social service of the university should be helpful to the cultivation of talents.For the scientific research and social service of university, it is necessary to carry on "educational evaluation" on its "contribution to the cultivation of talents".
