全日制專業(yè)學位研究生“雙師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:科技水平的迅猛提高,社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,使得市場勞動分工的精細化程度顯著提高,在這種背景下,職業(yè)崗位對勞動者的素質(zhì)和技能要求也越來越高。專業(yè)學位研究生教育在這種情況下應(yīng)運而生。為了實現(xiàn)研究生人才質(zhì)量與社會需求的有效接軌,我國開辦了以應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生為主的全日制專業(yè)學位研究生教育,并為國家和社會輸送了很多優(yōu)秀的人才。但是伴隨著高等教育的不斷擴招,一些不可忽略的矛盾性問題也逐漸出現(xiàn),如培養(yǎng)模式學術(shù)傾向較為明顯、師生比例不協(xié)調(diào)、研究生職業(yè)能力不高等等。作為培養(yǎng)過程的中心參與者,導(dǎo)師隊伍的高素質(zhì)高能力是保障研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的內(nèi)生動力。因此,建設(shè)一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、技能高超、綜合素質(zhì)優(yōu)秀的“雙師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍成為全日制專業(yè)學位研究生教育十分重要而緊迫的任務(wù)。應(yīng)全日制專業(yè)學位研究生的培養(yǎng)目標,以及它對導(dǎo)師隊伍提出的相關(guān)要求和挑戰(zhàn),十分有必要加強全日制專業(yè)學位研究“雙師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)。但是由于發(fā)展時間短,高校經(jīng)驗相對不足,我國“雙師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)尚處于從教師結(jié)構(gòu)的“雙師”過渡到教師個人素質(zhì)的階段。目前,全日制專業(yè)學位研究生“雙師型”導(dǎo)師大多對行業(yè)前景了解較少,且缺乏一定的實踐經(jīng)驗和實踐技能,也就不可能培養(yǎng)出具有較高職業(yè)能力的應(yīng)用型高層次人才。全日制專業(yè)學位研究生“雙師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)還需要進一步研究和完善!半p師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)必須緊密貼合社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對全日制專業(yè)學位研究生職業(yè)能力提出的高要求,這是一個長期的過程,需要高校、企業(yè)及導(dǎo)師個人的協(xié)作配合,對“雙師型”導(dǎo)師隊伍的整體素質(zhì)進行建設(shè),使導(dǎo)師充分發(fā)揮育人功能,為全日制專業(yè)學位研究生教育的培養(yǎng)目標提供保障,為國家和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供更好的人力與智力服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid improvement of the level of science and technology, economic and social development, making the fine degree of division of labor market increased significantly, in this context, occupation of the quality and skills of workers are increasingly high requirements. The professional degree graduate education in this case came into being. In order to realize the effective integration of graduate education quality and the needs of society, our country set up based on the fresh graduates of full-time professional degree graduate education, and conveying a lot of excellent talents for the country and society. But with the continuous expansion of higher education, some can not ignore the problems have gradually emerged, such as the training mode of academic tendency is obvious, the proportion of teachers and students no coordination, graduate occupation ability is not high. As the center of participant training process, the tutor team with high quality and ability is the guarantee of the quality of graduate students Endogenous motivation. Therefore, the construction of a rational structure, superb skills, excellent comprehensive quality of "double type" tutor team become the full-time professional degree graduate education is very important and urgent task. Should the full-time professional degree graduate training objectives and requirements, it presents to the tutor team and the challenge is the need to strengthen the full-time professional graduate "double" teachers team construction. But because of the short development time, the relative lack of experience, China's "double" teachers team construction is still in the structure of teachers from "double" transition to the quality of individual teachers. At present, full-time professional degree graduate "double" most of the tutor industry prospects are poorly understood, and the lack of practical experience and practical skills, it is impossible to develop applications with high occupation ability of high level talents. Further study and improve the full-time professional degree graduate construction of "double type" mentor team also needs. The construction of "double type" tutors must closely fit the economic and social development for the high requirements of full-time professional degree graduate occupation ability, this is a long process, the enterprise collaboration and personal tutor, with the overall quality of the "double" the tutor team construction, the teacher give full play to the educational function, to provide protection for the training objectives of full-time professional degree graduate education, provide better service for human intelligence and national economic and social development.
