【摘要】："雙一流"大學(xué)建設(shè)背景下,推進(jìn)大學(xué)國際化向縱深發(fā)展是大勢所趨。底部沉重與松散聯(lián)合的大學(xué)組織結(jié)構(gòu)要求大學(xué)國際化以院系為中心,院系國際化是大學(xué)國際化的基礎(chǔ),而大學(xué)國際化的理念及管理方式影響著院系國際化的實(shí)施成效,二者相互影響,密不可分。我國大學(xué)院系自主權(quán)不足和管理高度集中統(tǒng)一使院系國際化的實(shí)施面臨著諸多困境,主要體現(xiàn)為權(quán)威體制與有效治理的緊張、行政管理與學(xué)術(shù)管理的矛盾以及行政文化與學(xué)術(shù)文化的沖突。推進(jìn)院系國際化需擴(kuò)大院系權(quán)限,尊重院系學(xué)科差異;加大資源投入,創(chuàng)新管理與評估方式;秉持國際化理念,構(gòu)建新型院系組織文化。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "double first-class" university construction, it is the trend of the times to push forward the university internationalization to the depth. The bottom heavy and loosely United university organization structure requires the university internationalization to take the department as the center, the faculties internationalization is the foundation of the university internationalization. The concept and management mode of university internationalization affect the implementation effect of the internationalization of faculties and departments. The lack of autonomy and the highly centralized management of Chinese universities and departments make the implementation of the internationalization of faculties and departments face many difficulties. It is mainly reflected in the tension between authoritative system and effective governance, the contradiction between administration and academic management, and the conflict between administrative culture and academic culture. To promote the internationalization of faculties and departments, it is necessary to expand the authority of faculties and departments, respect the differences between faculties and disciplines, and increase the investment of resources. Innovative management and evaluation; uphold the concept of internationalization, building a new type of college and department organizational culture.
