【摘要】：作為國(guó)家重要建設(shè)人才,大學(xué)生的思想政治教育承載著引導(dǎo)社會(huì)主義人才的政治素養(yǎng)的重任,關(guān)系到和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)及發(fā)展。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代讓信息全球化的同時(shí),也給大學(xué)生思想觀念帶來西方等多元化思想文化以及價(jià)值觀的沖擊,復(fù)雜多變的社會(huì)環(huán)境等因素都容易造成大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的淡化,這是當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重要挑戰(zhàn)。做好大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,要求我們堅(jiān)持科學(xué)教育目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,加強(qiáng)具體落實(shí)措施。有計(jì)劃、有針對(duì)的開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育,并進(jìn)一ki探索如何能準(zhǔn)確、高效的實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo),就成為思想政治教育研究的重點(diǎn),這也是迎接時(shí)代挑戰(zhàn)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生歷史使命的需要。科學(xué)高效的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑一定是堅(jiān)持大學(xué)生思想政治教育目標(biāo)的政治方向,根據(jù)歷史階段環(huán)境變化以及人才培養(yǎng)提出的新要求,聽從時(shí)代的召喚,解決好“需要”與“適應(yīng)”之間的矛盾。高校思想政治教育的失敗實(shí)施方式往往被操作成一種形式,無法真正讓大學(xué)生接受,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生思想政治教育目標(biāo)在有效落實(shí)上受到一定程度的阻礙。造成這一現(xiàn)象的原因在于教育模式的傳統(tǒng)老舊,沒有以大學(xué)生為主導(dǎo)進(jìn)行相關(guān)課程內(nèi)容、方式以及配套機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,過度強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)發(fā)展而脫離大學(xué)生現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,忽略了大學(xué)生主體價(jià)值的滿足。因此,要切實(shí)提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效性,使它真正成為大學(xué)生的奮斗目標(biāo),已經(jīng)成為亟待解決的問題。我們必須要始終以黨的政治方針為人才培養(yǎng)的指導(dǎo)思想,始終以大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)為教育要求,針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育的新問題,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生思想政治教育目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育科學(xué)化,從而使目標(biāo)契合實(shí)踐要求,做到有針對(duì)性的引導(dǎo),對(duì)真正實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)全面提高和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展以及中國(guó)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的增強(qiáng)有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:As an important national construction talent, the ideological and political education of college students bears the important task of guiding the political literacy of socialist talents, which is related to the construction and development of a harmonious society. It also brings to college students the impact of diverse ideology, culture and values in the West, the complex and changeable social environment and other factors, which can easily lead to the desalination of college students' socialist core values. This is an important challenge to the ideological and political education of college students at present. Doing a good job in ideological and political education for college students requires us to adhere to the goal of scientific education and strengthen concrete implementation measures. To carry out ideological and political education for college students and to explore how to achieve the goal accurately and efficiently has become the focus of the research on ideological and political education, which is also the need to meet the challenges of the times and the development of society. At the same time, it is also the need to realize the historical mission of contemporary college students. The scientific and efficient way to realize this goal must be to adhere to the political direction of the goal of ideological and political education of college students, according to the changes in the historical environment and the new requirements put forward by the cultivation of talents. Listen to the call of the times and solve the contradiction between "need" and "adaptation". The failure of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is often operated into a form that can not really be accepted by college students. The reason for this phenomenon is that the traditional educational model is old and old, and the relevant curriculum content is not dominated by the college students, which is the reason why the goal of ideological and political education of college students is hindered to some extent in the effective implementation of the goal of ideological and political education of college students. The construction of the mode and supporting mechanism, too much emphasis on the social development and divorced from the reality of college students, neglects the satisfaction of the main value of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. To make it a real goal for college students has become a problem to be solved urgently. We must always take the political policy of the Party as the guiding ideology for the cultivation of talents, and always take the characteristics of college students as the educational requirements. In view of the new problems of college students' ideological and political education, this paper constructs the path to realize the goal of college students' ideological and political education, realizes the scientific education, so that the goal meets the requirements of practice, so that the targeted guidance can be achieved. It is of great practical significance to realize the overall improvement of college students' ideological and moral quality, the sustainable development of modernization and the enhancement of China's international competitiveness.
