【摘要】：在全面依法治國(guó)和依法治校的背景下,環(huán)視目前高校共青團(tuán)工作的實(shí)際場(chǎng)域,往往注重大學(xué)生活動(dòng)與素質(zhì)的提升,忽視了大學(xué)生各種合法權(quán)益的保護(hù)及對(duì)于保護(hù)方式的探究思考。這在很大程度上影響了大學(xué)生合法權(quán)益的保護(hù)與履行,影響了高等教育立德樹人根本任務(wù)的完成。全面依法治國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的提出與實(shí)施為高校共青團(tuán)保護(hù)大學(xué)生權(quán)益提供了很好的時(shí)代思路與視角。高校共青團(tuán)務(wù)必主動(dòng)適應(yīng)依法治國(guó)、依法治校的時(shí)代要求,從保護(hù)大學(xué)生權(quán)益的理念、方式、內(nèi)容、主體素質(zhì)和保障條件等各方面全力完善大學(xué)生權(quán)益保護(hù)的法治機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Under the background of ruling the country according to the law and running the school according to law in an all-round way, looking around the actual field of the Communist Youth League work in colleges and universities at present, it often pays attention to the promotion of college students' activities and quality.Ignored the protection of various legitimate rights and interests of college students and the way to explore the protection of thinking.To a great extent, it affects the protection and implementation of the legitimate rights and interests of college students, and the completion of the fundamental task of creating a higher education.The proposal and implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law in an all-round way provides a good way of thinking and perspective for the Communist Youth League to protect the rights and interests of college students.The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities must take the initiative to adapt to the requirements of the times of governing the country according to law and running schools according to law, and make every effort to perfect the legal mechanism of protecting the rights and interests of college students from the aspects of the idea, way, content, subject quality and guarantee conditions of protecting the rights and interests of college students.
