地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型過程中信念系統(tǒng)的重構(gòu)

【摘要】:在地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型中,信念系統(tǒng)控制人們的感知,控制轉(zhuǎn)型行為,影響地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型成效。目前地方本科高校中存在著"職、高"平等與職業(yè)教育歧視、面向市場的準(zhǔn)公益與市場化、學(xué)校自主權(quán)回歸與學(xué)校管理體制不完善、全面提高教育質(zhì)量與解決就業(yè)問題這四組感知、價值觀、理念及知識等信念系統(tǒng)的沖突,這些信念影響人們對于地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型的認(rèn)識,阻礙地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型制度變遷,最終影響地方本科高校真正成功轉(zhuǎn)型。要通過探測信念系統(tǒng)的沖突、建立合力轉(zhuǎn)型的溝通系統(tǒng)、加強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)型壓力探測與調(diào)整來重構(gòu)地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型信念系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In the transformation of local colleges and universities, belief system controls people's perception and behavior of transformation, which affects the transformation effect of local undergraduate colleges and universities. At present, there are "job, high" equality and vocational education discrimination in local undergraduate colleges and universities. Market oriented quasi-public welfare and marketization, school autonomy regression and imperfect school management system, comprehensive improvement of education quality and solving the problem of employment four groups of belief system conflict, such as perception, values, ideas and knowledge, etc. These beliefs affect people's understanding of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities, hinder the institutional changes in the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities, and ultimately affect the real successful transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities. Establish the communication system of the resultant force transformation, strengthen the transition pressure detection and adjustment to reconstruct the transformation belief system of local undergraduate colleges and universities.
