【摘要】：高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系適用性評價作為高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系評價的組成部分。首先,對高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系適用性評價的內(nèi)涵及其指標進行分析。然后,通過從評判比例標度選擇、一致性檢驗和專家評判矩陣集結等方面對傳統(tǒng)層次分析法進行改進,并計算出高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系適用性評價指標體系中各項評價指標的權重數(shù)值。最后,利用基于模糊矩陣的模糊綜合評價方法探討了高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系適用性模糊綜合評價模型。高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系適用性評價結果信息主要為高等教育質(zhì)量標準體系執(zhí)行實施之前所進行的擇優(yōu)工作提供相應的情報決策服務。
[Abstract]:The applicability evaluation of higher education quality standard system is an integral part of higher education quality standard system evaluation.Firstly, the connotation and index of the applicability evaluation of higher education quality standard system are analyzed.Then, the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is improved from the aspects of scale selection, consistency test and expert evaluation matrix aggregation.The weights of each evaluation index in the applicability evaluation index system of higher education quality standard system are calculated.Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the applicability of the quality standard system of higher education is discussed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy matrix.The evaluation result information of the applicability of the higher education quality standard system mainly provides the corresponding information decision service for the work of selecting the best before the implementation of the higher education quality standard system.
