基于“知識三角”生態(tài)邏輯的歐洲EIT-KIC協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式與啟示

【摘要】:"知識三角"生態(tài)邏輯強調(diào)教育、科研、創(chuàng)新三者協(xié)同發(fā)展,以實現(xiàn)其潛在的"正外部性效應"。依據(jù)此邏輯原理,歐盟構建了EIT-KIC協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式,以充分整合高校、科研院所、創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢資源,驅動教育、科研和創(chuàng)新三大知識領域協(xié)同發(fā)展。基于"知識三角"生態(tài)邏輯,借鑒EIT-KIC協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式的成功經(jīng)驗,我國在高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心建設過程中,應加強政策協(xié)同引導,積極構建"知識三角"協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式,充分釋放協(xié)同創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟的教育、科研、創(chuàng)新多重職能及其"正外向性"效應。
[Abstract]:The ecological logic of "knowledge Triangle" emphasizes the cooperative development of education, scientific research and innovation in order to realize its potential "positive externality effect". According to this logic principle, the EU has constructed a cooperative innovation model of EIT-KIC to fully integrate universities and scientific research institutes. Based on the ecological logic of "knowledge triangle" and using the successful experience of EIT-KIC collaborative innovation model for reference, our country is in the process of constructing collaborative innovation center in colleges and universities. We should strengthen the policy coordination and guide, actively construct the "knowledge triangle" collaborative innovation mode, fully release the multiple functions of collaborative innovation alliance, such as education, scientific research, innovation and its "positive and outward" effect.
