【摘要】:近年來(lái),對(duì)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究進(jìn)行非學(xué)術(shù)影響評(píng)估已成為一個(gè)明顯的趨勢(shì)。非學(xué)術(shù)影響是指研究對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)以外的,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化等方面的影響。與其他科學(xué)研究相比,社會(huì)科學(xué)研究對(duì)于非學(xué)術(shù)影響一貫有著更多的追求。20世紀(jì)末以來(lái),社會(huì)科學(xué)研究非學(xué)術(shù)影響評(píng)估的興起受整個(gè)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)多元化的影響,也受科研評(píng)估整體轉(zhuǎn)向的影響,同時(shí),知識(shí)運(yùn)用研究為這一評(píng)估提供了理論和研究基礎(chǔ),而循證政策思潮則為這一評(píng)估提供了外部刺激。非學(xué)術(shù)影響評(píng)估將對(duì)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究本身產(chǎn)生深刻的影響,如何以適當(dāng)?shù)姆绞竭M(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),將是評(píng)估中需認(rèn)真探討的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, non-academic impact assessment of social science research has become an obvious trend. Non-academic impact refers to the impact of research on non-academic, socio-economic and cultural aspects. Since the end of the 20th century, the rise of non-academic impact assessment of social science research has been influenced by the diversity of evaluation criteria and the overall change of scientific research evaluation. Knowledge-application studies provide a theoretical and research basis for this assessment, while evidence-based policy trends provide an external stimulus for the assessment. Non-academic impact assessments will have a profound impact on social science research itself. How to evaluate in an appropriate way will be a serious problem to be discussed in the evaluation.
