【摘要】：大學(xué)生參與社團(tuán)是高校內(nèi)一種比較普遍的現(xiàn)象,也是當(dāng)前教育理論界和教育實踐領(lǐng)域普遍關(guān)注的熱點問題。本文對N大學(xué)的學(xué)生參與社團(tuán)的情況進(jìn)行分析,以高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)對大學(xué)生個人成長的影響機理為主題,采用質(zhì)性研究方法,選取該大學(xué)30名社團(tuán)成員進(jìn)行深度訪談,了解其參加社團(tuán)的原因以及其在社團(tuán)中的經(jīng)歷和變化,探究影響大學(xué)生在社團(tuán)中成長的各種因素。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),除部分學(xué)生外,大部分學(xué)生是基于興趣而參與社團(tuán),而社團(tuán)也相當(dāng)于一個濾網(wǎng),隨著時間的慢慢推移以及有價值的社團(tuán)活動的不斷開展,那些不是真正熱愛社團(tuán)的成員熱情逐漸褪去,對社團(tuán)活動不再積極,而那些擁有共同志趣的成員們不斷聚集,發(fā)現(xiàn)彼此之間的共同點。這些具有共同興趣的大學(xué)生在參與社團(tuán)的過程中逐漸形成共同體,本研究將這種共同體命名為大學(xué)生“社團(tuán)共同體”。在這個“社團(tuán)共同體”中,成員間形成強烈的歸屬感,他們愿意花更多的時間參與社團(tuán)活動,愿意為社團(tuán)的群體目標(biāo)付出更多的努力,而這些都進(jìn)一步提升了“社團(tuán)共同體”的凝聚力,從而在社團(tuán)成員和“社團(tuán)共同體”之間形成良性互動。在這個“社團(tuán)共同體”中,大學(xué)生通過組織和參與自己感興趣的活動,以及與具有相同興趣的他人間的相互交往與學(xué)習(xí),獲得了個體的成長,主要表現(xiàn)在自信的增強、人際交往的成熟、自我規(guī)劃的完善和責(zé)任感的提高等。本研究認(rèn)為,大學(xué)生應(yīng)根據(jù)自身興趣(而非出于其他功利性的和從眾的目的)選擇社團(tuán),并在社團(tuán)中保持積極參與的狀態(tài),以便從社團(tuán)活動中獲得社會交往和團(tuán)體歸屬,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)個人的成長。
[Abstract]:The participation of college students in mass organizations is a relatively common phenomenon in colleges and universities, and is also a hot issue of general concern in the field of educational theory and educational practice. Taking the influence mechanism of college student association on college students' personal growth as the theme, using qualitative research method, 30 members of the university were selected to conduct in-depth interviews to understand the reasons for their participation in the association and their experiences and changes in the community. This study found that, except for some students, most of the students are interested in participating in the community, and the community is a filter. As time went by and valuable community activities continued, the enthusiasm of those who did not really love the community faded, the community became less active, and those with common interests gathered. Find out what they have in common. These students with common interests have gradually formed a community in the process of participating in the community. This study named this community as the "community of associations" of university students. In this "community of societies," There is a strong sense of belonging among members, who are willing to spend more time participating in community activities and are willing to make more efforts towards the community's goals, which have further enhanced the cohesion of the "community of societies". Thus forming a positive interaction between the members of the association and the "community of associations", in which college students interact and learn from others who share the same interests by organizing and participating in activities of their own interest. The growth of individuals is mainly manifested in the enhancement of self-confidence, the maturity of interpersonal communication, the improvement of self-planning and the improvement of responsibility. College students should choose associations based on their own interests (and not for other utilitarian and herd purposes) and maintain an active participation in the community in order to obtain social contacts and group affiliation from the activities of the community. And then promote personal growth.
