基層工作角色實踐對大學(xué)生就業(yè)績效的影響研究

【摘要】:近年來,大學(xué)生所面臨的就業(yè)形勢不容樂觀,就業(yè)難問題日漸凸顯,已經(jīng)成為社會各界普遍關(guān)注的焦點。高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況可以用“兩旺兩難”來描述,“兩旺”是指畢業(yè)生的供應(yīng)數(shù)量旺盛和畢業(yè)生的需求數(shù)量旺盛!皟呻y”是企業(yè)招聘到滿意的畢業(yè)生難和畢業(yè)生順利找到一個適合的工作實現(xiàn)理想就業(yè)難。換而言之,也就是形成了“大學(xué)畢業(yè)生找不到理想的工作,企業(yè)也招聘不到與崗位相匹配的人才”的“就業(yè)鴻溝”。要跨越這條“就業(yè)鴻溝”,既要從企業(yè)的人才需求等客觀因素出發(fā),又要從大學(xué)生自身等主觀因素上尋找原因,還要考慮高校和政府也在大學(xué)生就業(yè)過程中扮演著重要角色作用。本文試圖找出影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力與就業(yè)績效的因素,從而提升其就業(yè)能力和就業(yè)績效。實踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),基層工作角色實踐有利于幫助大學(xué)生明確自己未來就業(yè)方向,并在工作過程中更好地適應(yīng)企業(yè)工作要求。因此,本文圍繞基層工作角色實踐對大學(xué)生就業(yè)績效的影響進(jìn)行研究,綜合運用定性與定量分析方法,探討基層工作角色實踐各因素與大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力及就業(yè)績效的關(guān)系。運用SPSS和AMOS軟件處理調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)驗證本文提出的理論模型,主要方法包括:信度分析、效度分析、回歸分析和中介效應(yīng)檢驗等,并對實證檢驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和討論,結(jié)合實證得出結(jié)論。從高校、政府、大學(xué)生自身和企業(yè)四個角度出發(fā),探討大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力和就業(yè)績效的影響因素、從而找出提高就業(yè)能力和就業(yè)績效的方法,進(jìn)而提出對策和建議。根據(jù)實證分析的結(jié)果,主要得到了如下結(jié)論:(1)基層工作角色實踐對大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力有顯著的正向影響;鶎庸ぷ鹘巧珜嵺`各維度中,科技創(chuàng)新活動、社會實踐活動對就業(yè)能力的各維度有顯著的正向影響。(2)基層工作角色實踐對大學(xué)生就業(yè)績效有顯著的正向影響;鶎庸ぷ鹘巧珜嵺`各維度中,大學(xué)生參加社會實踐活動對就業(yè)績效有顯著影響;科技創(chuàng)新活動對大學(xué)生的就業(yè)績效有顯著的影響。(3)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力與就業(yè)績效存在顯著的正相關(guān)。大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的各維度中,職業(yè)認(rèn)知能力、問題解決能力對就業(yè)績效有顯著影響;團(tuán)隊學(xué)習(xí)能力對大學(xué)生就業(yè)績效沒有顯著影響。(4)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力在基層工作角色實踐和就業(yè)績效之間發(fā)揮著中介作用。職業(yè)認(rèn)知能力、問題解決能力在科技創(chuàng)新活動與就業(yè)績效之間起部分中介作用;職業(yè)認(rèn)知能力、問題解決能力在社會實踐活動與就業(yè)績效之間起完全中介作用;團(tuán)隊學(xué)習(xí)能力在科技創(chuàng)新活動與就業(yè)績效之間沒有中介效應(yīng),團(tuán)隊學(xué)習(xí)能力在社會實踐活動與就業(yè)績效之間沒有中介效應(yīng);谏鲜鼋Y(jié)論,文章從大學(xué)生自身、高校、政府和企業(yè)4四個角度給出提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力、就業(yè)績效的對策建議:從大學(xué)生自身發(fā)角度出發(fā),多參加實踐活動,有利于提高自身實踐能力和綜合能力;從高校和企業(yè)角度出發(fā),加強(qiáng)校企合作、有利于為大學(xué)生參加實踐活動提供更多的渠道和平臺;從政府角度出發(fā),要重視政策支持的針對性、可行性和全面性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the students are facing the employment situation is not optimistic, the difficult employment problem increasingly prominent, has become the focus of widespread public concern. The employment situation of college graduates can be used to describe the "booming dilemma", "prosperous" refers to the quantity of graduates and graduates of the supply of strong demand. "Dilemma" is the enterprise recruitment to the satisfaction of the graduates and graduates to find a suitable job to achieve the ideal employment. In other words, it is the formation of "university graduates can not find the ideal job, enterprises can not recruit and job matching talent" and "employment gap". To overcome this "employment gap". To proceed from the objective factors of the talent demand of the enterprise, but also to find out the reasons from the students themselves and other subjective factors, but also consider the universities and the government also plays in the process of employment of Undergraduates An important role. This paper tries to find out the influencing factors of College Students' employment ability and employment performance, so as to enhance their employability and employment performance. In practice, the role of grass-roots work practice to help students to clear their future employment direction, and in the process of working to better adapt to business requirements. Therefore, this paper focuses on the study of influence the role of grass-roots work practice on College Students' employment performance, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, to explore the relationship between various factors and the role of grass-roots work practice of College Students' employment ability and employment performance. Using SPSS and AMOS software to deal with the survey data to verify the proposed theoretical model, the main methods include: reliability analysis, validity analysis, regression analysis and intermediary the effect of test, and the empirical test results were analyzed and discussed, combined with empirical conclusions. From the high school of government, Four aspects of college students and enterprises, and to explore the influencing factors of College Students' employment ability and employment performance, so as to find out the method to improve the employment ability and employment performance, then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. According to the results of empirical analysis, the main conclusions can be obtained as follows: (1) the role of grass-roots work practice has a significant positive impact on the employment of college students the ability of each dimension. The role of grass-roots work practice, innovation of science and technology, has a significant positive impact of social practice and the dimensions of employment ability. (2) the role of grass-roots work practices have a significant positive impact on College Students' employment performance. The dimensions of the grass-roots work role in the practice of college students to participate in social practice activities have a significant impact on employment performance; technological innovation activities have significant influence on college students employment performance. (3) there is a significant positive correlation of College Students' employment ability and employment performance. The dimensions of College Students' employment ability, occupation cognition ability, problem solving ability has a significant impact on job performance; team learning ability has no significant influence on College Students' employment performance. (4) the college students' employment ability plays a mediating role between the role of grass-roots work practice and employment performance. Occupation cognition ability, the part of the intermediary role between problem solving the ability in technological innovation activities and employment performance; occupation cognition ability, problem solving ability is a mediator between the social practice and employment performance; team learning ability in science and technology innovation activities and employment performance without the mediating effect of team learning ability, no mediating effect between social practice and employment performance. Based on the above conclusions, this paper from the students themselves, colleges and universities, government and enterprise 4 four angles are given to improve the employment ability of college students, employment performance Suggestions: from the perspective of the students themselves development angle, take part in practice, improve their practical ability and comprehensive ability; starting from the University and enterprise perspective, strengthen cooperation, to provide more channels and platforms for college students to participate in practical activities; from the perspective of government, to pay attention to policy support, feasibility and comprehensive.
