論卓越教師職前成長(zhǎng)微環(huán)境的構(gòu)成及其優(yōu)化

【摘要】:師范大學(xué)是培育卓越教師潛質(zhì)的基地,專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)微環(huán)境參與著這一潛質(zhì)的培育與形成。卓越教師職前成長(zhǎng)的三大微環(huán)境因素群是:教學(xué)中心的核心因素群、就業(yè)中心的關(guān)鍵因素群與交往中心的邊緣因素群。實(shí)證分析表明:大學(xué)教師、學(xué)校環(huán)境、教學(xué)管理、教育人才市場(chǎng)等因素直接決定著師范生專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)微環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵與品質(zhì)。基于微環(huán)境影響師范生卓越專業(yè)資質(zhì)形成的"四大規(guī)律",即日趨專業(yè)化、內(nèi)在化、務(wù)實(shí)化與內(nèi)控化的規(guī)律,有序推進(jìn)師范生專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)微環(huán)境的建設(shè)與優(yōu)化,是師范大學(xué)創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)教師教育資源的重要思路。
[Abstract]:Normal University is the base of cultivating the potential of outstanding teachers, and the microenvironment of professional growth is involved in the cultivation and formation of this potential. The three groups of microenvironmental factors of the pre-service growth of excellent teachers are: the core factor group of teaching center, The key factor groups of the employment center and the marginal factor group of the communication center. The empirical analysis shows that: college teachers, school environment, teaching management, The educational talent market and other factors directly determine the connotation and quality of the microenvironment for the professional growth of normal school students. Based on the "four laws" which affect the formation of the outstanding professional qualifications of normal school students, they are becoming more and more specialized and internalized. The rules of pragmatism and internal control and the orderly promotion of the construction and optimization of the microenvironment for the professional growth of normal college students are the important ideas for the establishment of high-quality teacher education resources in normal universities.
