【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和世界范圍內(nèi)不同文化的互相融合與發(fā)展,為我國高校學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育帶來了新思路、新觀點和新機遇,開展關(guān)于山西省高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育工作的思考,通過公寓育人、服務(wù)育人、管理育人、全員育人,全面提升山西省高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育的實效性,是促進山西省乃至全國范圍內(nèi)本科院校思想政治教育工作的持續(xù)、健康、有序發(fā)展的重要保證。本研究以山西省高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓為視角,首先結(jié)合高校學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育的基本概念、發(fā)展歷程、理論基礎(chǔ)和思想政治教育的原則與特點,確定了選題的理論依據(jù)。其次,根據(jù)山西省高校新區(qū)的基本情況、建設(shè)規(guī)模、發(fā)展模式,得出了近年來山西省高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育工作的特點,如:以電子屏、樓內(nèi)文化宣傳板為主要宣傳型教育、以發(fā)揮共產(chǎn)黨員模范作用為重點的影響型教育、以輔導(dǎo)員“同吃、同住、同學(xué)習(xí)”為基礎(chǔ)的引導(dǎo)型教育。接下來,筆者以山西省高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀為切入點,通過實地調(diào)查訪談、社會問卷調(diào)查等方式,對高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育存在的問題及原因進行探究,認為主要存在:文化底蘊薄弱、多元文化沖擊,公寓環(huán)境單一、周邊環(huán)境多樣,溝通合作疏離、考評機制缺乏的問題。再次,以近年來在高校公寓思想政治教育方面受到多次國內(nèi)和省市表彰的的太原理工大學(xué)為例,為探索可行性措施和對策提供借鑒:完善公寓制度建設(shè)、抓好公寓隊伍建設(shè),加強公寓文化建設(shè)、推進學(xué)生黨建進公寓,加強公寓精細化建設(shè)、推進學(xué)生公益組織進公寓。最后,文章從堅持正確導(dǎo)向、轉(zhuǎn)變育人觀念,提高合作水平、優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境,創(chuàng)新考評機制、打造過硬隊伍,創(chuàng)新育人手段、利用新媒體技術(shù)四方面出發(fā),尋求加強和改進山西省高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育工作的對策,以期為全國范圍內(nèi)的高校新區(qū)學(xué)生公寓思想政治教育工作提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the integration and development of different cultures in the world, new ideas, new ideas and new opportunities have been brought to the ideological and political education of college students' apartments in our country. In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of students' apartments in the new district of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, we should carry out some thoughts on the ideological and political education of students' apartments in the new district of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. It is an important guarantee to promote the sustained, healthy and orderly development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province and even all over the country. Combining with the basic concept, development course, theoretical basis and principles and characteristics of ideological and political education of college students' apartment, this paper determines the theoretical basis for selecting the topic. Secondly, according to the basic situation of the new district of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, The characteristics of ideological and political education work of students' apartments in the new district of Shanxi universities in recent years, such as electronic screen, cultural propaganda board in the building as the main propagandizing type education, have been obtained in the construction scale and development mode. An influential education focused on giving full play to the exemplary role of the Communist Party members, and a guiding education based on the counselors'"eating, living and learning together". Next, Based on the current situation of ideological and political education in students' apartments in new districts of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, the author explores the problems and causes of ideological and political education in students' apartments in new districts of colleges and universities by means of field investigation and social questionnaires. The main problems are: weak cultural background, multicultural shock, single apartment environment, diverse surrounding environment, alienated communication and cooperation, lack of evaluation mechanism. Again, Taking Taiyuan University of Technology, which has been praised many times in China and provinces and cities in the ideological and political education of college apartment in recent years, as an example, this paper provides a reference for exploring feasible measures and countermeasures: perfecting the building of apartment system, doing a good job of building apartment team, Strengthen apartment cultural construction, promote student party building into apartment, strengthen apartment fine construction, and promote student public welfare organization into apartment. Finally, the article from adhere to correct guidance, change the concept of educating people, improve the level of cooperation, optimize the educational environment, By innovating the evaluation mechanism, building a good team, innovating the means of educating people and using the new media technology, we seek to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work of the students' apartments in the new district of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. In order to provide reference and reference for the ideological and political education work of the student apartment in the new district of colleges and universities all over the country.
