【摘要】：馬克思主義理論學(xué)科經(jīng)過十多年來的建設(shè),形成了一支可靠而精湛的學(xué)科建設(shè)隊(duì)伍,實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)科綜合職能的轉(zhuǎn)換和人才培養(yǎng)的常規(guī)化。但馬克思主義理論的六個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科在發(fā)展質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)方面并不均衡,其中,國(guó)外馬克思主義專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)需要面對(duì)培養(yǎng)對(duì)象專業(yè)知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備不足、主體性匱乏、學(xué)術(shù)品行堪憂等問題,客觀分析這些問題的成因及后果,尋求問題解決的正確出路,不僅對(duì)國(guó)外馬克思主義專業(yè)的建設(shè),而且對(duì)整個(gè)馬克思主義理論學(xué)科的系統(tǒng)發(fā)展,都將具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Marx's theory of discipline construction after more than 10 years, the formation of a reliable and exquisite discipline construction team, to achieve the functions of the conventional transformation of discipline and talent training. But Marx's theory of six of the two disciplines in the development of quality and the training aspect is not balanced, the foreign professional Marx doctrine the personnel training needs to face the lack of training object of professional knowledge, lack of subjectivity, poor academic conduct problems, objective analysis of the causes and consequences of these problems, to find the correct way to solve the problem, not only for foreign Marx's professional construction, but also on the subject of Marx's Theory of system development, will have a very important meaning.
