【摘要】：本研究以大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)技能為研究對象,以機會型創(chuàng)業(yè)為視角,將機會型創(chuàng)業(yè)與大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)技能提升相結(jié)合,探討創(chuàng)業(yè)技能內(nèi)涵、維度、要素,剖析我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)技能發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析原因、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗、提出對策,以期開拓創(chuàng)業(yè)教育新思路,探索大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)技能提升體系,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式。全文共分為六個部分。第一部分明確課題研究的現(xiàn)實背景、闡述本論文研究的目的和意義,明晰研究思路,列出研究方法,制定研究技術(shù)路線。第二部分是大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)技能提升的理論研究,主要對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、機會型創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)技能、創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性展開文獻研究。通過閱讀、梳理期刊文獻,明晰了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)技能、機會型創(chuàng)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵;辨別了創(chuàng)業(yè)技能、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)業(yè)知識的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別;明確了創(chuàng)業(yè)技能的可培養(yǎng)性等問題。第三部研究假設(shè)和理論模型構(gòu)建。本論文采用問卷調(diào)查研究,本章主要探索尋找各變量之間關(guān)系的理論支撐,進而進行關(guān)系假設(shè)、模型構(gòu)建。第四部分研究設(shè)計及測量工具。本章圍繞設(shè)計、預測試、發(fā)放、回收統(tǒng)計問卷進行。目的是用問卷調(diào)查方法獲取研究數(shù)據(jù),具體包括:設(shè)計創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)技能、創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性等測試量表;進行預測試;確定正式問卷;發(fā)放、統(tǒng)計、錄入問卷;最后對所要采用的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法進行了簡要介紹。第五部分研究結(jié)果分析。采用描述性統(tǒng)計分析、信效度檢驗、因子分析、相關(guān)性分析以及創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)技能中介作用的關(guān)系假設(shè)分析,并得出結(jié)論。第六部分分析與展望。就第五部分的研究結(jié)果,進行成因分析,繼而提出相應的對策,同時對本論文尚存在的局限與不足予以說明,提出對未來的研究展望。
[Abstract]:This study takes the entrepreneurial skills of college students as the research object, takes the opportunity entrepreneurship as the angle of view, combines the opportunity entrepreneurship with the enhancement of the college students' entrepreneurial skills, and probes into the connotation, dimensions and elements of the entrepreneurial skills. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of entrepreneurial skills of college students in our country's university entrepreneurship education, analyzes the reasons, summarizes the experience, and puts forward some countermeasures in order to open up new ideas of entrepreneurship education, explore the promotion system of college students' entrepreneurial skills, and improve the quality of talents training. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part clarifies the realistic background of the research, expounds the purpose and significance of this paper, clarifies the research ideas, lists the research methods, The second part is the theoretical research on the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial skills, mainly on entrepreneurship education, opportunity entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial alertness. It clarifies the connotation of entrepreneurship education, college students' entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial skills, opportunity entrepreneurship, distinguishes the relationship and difference between entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial knowledge. The third part of the research hypothesis and theoretical model construction. This paper uses questionnaire research, this chapter mainly explores the theoretical support of the relationship between the variables, and then carries on the relational hypothesis. The fourth part of the research design and measurement tools. This chapter around design, prediction test, distribution, recovery statistical questionnaire. The purpose is to obtain research data by questionnaire, including: design entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial skills, Keywords Entrepreneurial alertness scale; Pre-test; determine formal questionnaire; issue, statistics, input questionnaire; Finally, the data analysis methods are briefly introduced. The fifth part of the research results analysis. Using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, factor analysis, correlation analysis and entrepreneurship awareness to entrepreneurship education. The relationship hypothesis analysis of the intermediary role of entrepreneurial skills, and draw a conclusion. The sixth part of the analysis and prospects. The fifth part of the research results, the cause of analysis, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, At the same time, the limitations and shortcomings of this paper are explained, and the future research prospect is put forward.
