【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育的蓬勃發(fā)展,總體上,大學(xué)生是積極向上的。但在紛繁復(fù)雜的學(xué)習(xí)和生活當(dāng)中,大學(xué)生無時無刻不在面臨著學(xué)業(yè)、交往、情感、就業(yè)等帶來的焦慮和不安。處于情緒易波動期的大學(xué)生若是不能及時有效的調(diào)試自己,不免會產(chǎn)生一些自我傷害的傾向和行為,對自己和他人帶來深遠(yuǎn)的不利影響。對此,如何疏導(dǎo)大學(xué)生規(guī)避自我傷害行為已是當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育的迫切研究問題之一。本文主要從大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的概念入手,深入分析大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的表現(xiàn)以及自我傷害行為產(chǎn)生的主客觀原因,探求切實可行的解決措施。疏導(dǎo)大學(xué)生規(guī)避自我傷害行為,引導(dǎo)其選擇正確的道德行為和樹立積極向上的處世價值觀,促使其健康全面的發(fā)展。本文的研究主要分為五個章節(jié),主要內(nèi)容包括如下:第一章是緒論,對本文的選題目的、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法與創(chuàng)新點難點做出概述與分析。第二章是自我傷害行為的相關(guān)理論概述及其危害。第一部分闡明了自我傷害行為的普遍內(nèi)涵,第二部分闡述了大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的內(nèi)涵和特點,第三部分分析了大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的影響。第三章是對大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的現(xiàn)狀及原因分析。第一部分是對當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,第二部分是研究和思考了大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的主客觀原因。第四章從主客觀的角度有針對性的提出大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的防范措施。第一部分以塑造良好的環(huán)境、完善大學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)工作和創(chuàng)新防范方式機制來建立健全大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的客觀防范措施系統(tǒng)。第二部分以培養(yǎng)積極的自控能力、加強抗挫能力和加強對學(xué)生正確價值觀的引導(dǎo)來構(gòu)建主觀防范措施系統(tǒng),為大學(xué)生自我傷害的傾向和行為提供了可操作性的防范措施。第五章是全文的總結(jié)與展望。通過對大學(xué)生防范措施的研究,減少和規(guī)避大學(xué)生自我傷害行為的危害,幫助當(dāng)代大學(xué)生健康全面成長,不僅是本文研究的出發(fā)點和落腳點,也是旨在為豐富高校思想政治教育理論體系,促進(jìn)個體、學(xué)校和社會和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。因此,研究大學(xué)生自我傷害行為意義重大。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of higher education in our country, on the whole, college students are positive. But in the complicated study and life, college students are faced with study, communication and emotion all the time. The anxiety and uneasiness brought about by employment etc. If college students in the period of emotional fluctuation can't adjust themselves in time and effectively, they will inevitably produce some self-harming tendencies and behaviors, which will have far-reaching adverse effects on themselves and others. How to guide college students to avoid self-harm behavior has become one of the urgent research problems in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly starts with the concept of self-harm behavior of college students. This paper deeply analyzes the behavior of college students' self-harm behavior and the subjective and objective causes of the self-harm behavior, and explores the practical and feasible measures to solve the problem, so as to guide the college students to avoid the self-harm behavior. The research of this paper is divided into five chapters, the main contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, the purpose of this paper is to choose the right moral behavior and set up the positive and positive values of the world, so as to promote its healthy and comprehensive development, the main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, the purpose of this paper, The significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research methods and the difficulties of innovation are summarized and analyzed. The second chapter is a summary of the related theories of self-harm behavior and its harm. The first part illustrates the general connotation of self-harm behavior. The second part expounds the connotation and characteristics of college students' self-harm behavior. The third part analyzes the influence of college students' self-harm behavior. The third chapter analyzes the current situation and causes of college students' self-harm behavior. The first part is to analyze the performance of college students' self-harm behavior in our country. The second part is to study and think about the subjective and objective causes of college students' self-harm behavior. Chapter four puts forward the preventive measures of college students' self-harm behavior from the subjective and objective point of view. The first part is to create a good environment. The second part is to develop positive self-control ability by perfecting psychological counseling and innovating prevention mechanism to establish and perfect the objective preventive measures system of college students' self-harm behavior. Strengthen the ability to resist frustration and strengthen the guidance to the correct values of students to build a subjective system of preventive measures, The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of the full text. Through the research on the preventive measures of college students, it can reduce and avoid the harm of the self-harm behavior of college students. To help contemporary college students grow healthily and comprehensively is not only the starting point and foothold of this study, but also aims at enriching the theoretical system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and promoting the harmonious and stable development of individual, school and society. It is of great significance to study the self-injurious behavior of college students.
