【摘要】：將以價(jià)值觀為核心的大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力作為分析框架,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生在價(jià)值觀上呈現(xiàn)出一些特點(diǎn),如誠(chéng)信上的知行分離,虛心態(tài)度與服務(wù)意識(shí)不足,合作關(guān)系難以建立,較少重視團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)等。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)習(xí)過領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的大學(xué)生具備更積極的價(jià)值觀,更強(qiáng)調(diào)患難與共的誠(chéng)信與責(zé)任,更擅長(zhǎng)合作與助人的友善關(guān)系,更重視團(tuán)隊(duì)價(jià)值和民族使命感。建議將大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力作為高校思想政治理論教育的一門拓展課程,作為高校價(jià)值觀教育的一種新途徑。
[Abstract]:Taking the leadership of college students as the analysis framework, this study finds that there are some characteristics in the values of college students, such as the separation of knowledge and behavior in honesty, the lack of awareness of modesty and service. The study also found that college students who had studied leadership had more positive values, more emphasis on integrity and responsibility for sharing weal and woe, and were better at cooperating and helping others. It is suggested that college students' leadership should be regarded as an expanding course of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and as a new way of value education in colleges and universities.
