【摘要】：創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革是新時代我國高等教育領(lǐng)域改革的重要內(nèi)容。國家出臺了一系列相關(guān)政策,支持和指引創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革提供了政策依據(jù)和保障。創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革是一項系統(tǒng)性國家工程,應(yīng)按照國家政策要求,遵循一定的內(nèi)在邏輯推進改革。創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在改革邏輯上以培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新時代要求的人才為改革旨趣,以完善人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格為改革內(nèi)涵,以創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)機制為改革核心;在改革路徑取向上要堅持黨的領(lǐng)導,主動融入高等教育戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展,協(xié)同"政府主導、高校主推、社會助力",結(jié)合"雙一流"建設(shè)、高校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展、高校類型與特色系統(tǒng)地推進,形成創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)改革發(fā)展大格局。
[Abstract]:Innovation and entrepreneurship education reform is an important part of higher education reform in China in the new era. The state has issued a series of related policies to support and guide innovative entrepreneurship education. It provides the policy basis and guarantee for the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education. The reform of innovative entrepreneurship education is a systematic national project, which should be in accordance with the requirements of national policies. Innovation and entrepreneurship education takes cultivating talents to meet the requirements of the new era as the reform purport, taking the perfection of talent training specifications as the reform connotation and the innovation talent training mechanism as the core of the reform. On the orientation of reform path, we should insist on the leadership of the Party, actively integrate into the strategic development of higher education, cooperate with "government leading, university main push, social help", combine with "double first-class" construction, develop the connotation of higher education, promote systematically the types and characteristics of higher education. To form a large pattern of innovation and entrepreneurship reform and development.
