【摘要】：大學(xué)生是未來國家建設(shè)和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的中堅(jiān)力量,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生人格心理結(jié)構(gòu)的和諧與發(fā)展是大學(xué)教育一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。大學(xué)生健康人格的塑造有利于社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的滲透,它已經(jīng)成為影響大學(xué)生健康人格發(fā)展的重要因素之一。網(wǎng)絡(luò)給大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和生活帶來了便捷和樂趣,大學(xué)生合理、健康、科學(xué)的使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)其人格發(fā)展有積極的作用。如果大學(xué)生長期沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)、依賴網(wǎng)絡(luò)最終導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮將影響其身心的健康發(fā)展,對(duì)其健康人格產(chǎn)生危害。大學(xué)生因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮而導(dǎo)致的不道德甚至違法行為屢見不鮮,如何采取有效措施幫助大學(xué)生克服網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮,引導(dǎo)和教育大學(xué)生科學(xué)、健康、文明地使用網(wǎng)絡(luò),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康人格的發(fā)展,為國家培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的新興人才,已經(jīng)成為高校思想政治教育、人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)治理亟待研究解決的課題。本文通過對(duì)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)癮實(shí)際情況的分析和大學(xué)生健康人格結(jié)構(gòu)要素和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的探討。立足于思想政治教育的學(xué)科特點(diǎn),以人格心理學(xué)和馬克思主義人本理念為指導(dǎo),深入探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮對(duì)大學(xué)生健康人格造成了哪些主要危害。從大學(xué)生自身的生理、心理原因和家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)、同輩群體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性等外部原因入手,討論了網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮如何對(duì)大學(xué)生健康人格產(chǎn)生危害。從完善大學(xué)生健康人格方面入手提出了防治網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的原則和對(duì)策。本研究對(duì)防治大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生人格健康發(fā)展有指導(dǎo)意義,彌補(bǔ)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮在健康人格方面研究的空白,為大學(xué)生健康人格研究與教育提供參考,針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮對(duì)大學(xué)生健康人格造成危害的不同原因提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,更加具有實(shí)效性。通過對(duì)網(wǎng)癮的防治使大學(xué)生擁有正常的學(xué)習(xí)和生活狀態(tài),保持身心健康,促進(jìn)其健康人格的發(fā)展,對(duì)高校思想政治教育、心理健康和素質(zhì)教育工作有著推進(jìn)作用,對(duì)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展有著積極意義。
[Abstract]:College students are the backbone of national construction and social progress in the future. Promoting the harmony and development of college students' personality psychological structure is an important task of university education. The shaping of college students' healthy personality is conducive to the construction and development of socialist harmonious society. It has become one of the important factors that affect the development of college students' healthy personality. The scientific use of the Internet has a positive effect on the development of their personality. If college students become addicted to the Internet for a long time, dependence on the Internet will eventually lead to Internet addiction, which will affect the healthy development of their body and mind. The unethical and even illegal behaviors of college students caused by internet addiction are common. How to take effective measures to help college students overcome Internet addiction and guide and educate them to science and health, The civilized use of the network to promote the development of healthy personality of college students and the cultivation of new talents for the country's all-round development have become ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the actual situation of college students' Internet addiction and the discussion of the elements and standards of college students' healthy personality structure, this paper is based on the subject characteristics of ideological and political education. Under the guidance of personality psychology and Marxist humanism, this paper probes into the main harm of internet addiction to college students' healthy personality, from their own physiological and psychological reasons and their families, schools, society, peer groups, etc. Network characteristics and other external reasons, This paper discusses how Internet addiction does harm to college students' healthy personality, and puts forward the principles and countermeasures to prevent and cure internet addiction from the aspect of perfecting college students' healthy personality. Promoting the healthy development of college students' personality has guiding significance, which makes up the blank in the study of healthy personality of internet addiction, and provides reference for the research and education of college students' healthy personality. In view of the different reasons that Internet addiction causes harm to college students' healthy personality, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, which are more effective. Through the prevention and treatment of Internet addiction, college students have normal learning and living conditions, and keep their physical and mental health. To promote the development of their healthy personality plays an important role in the ideological and political education, mental health and quality education in colleges and universities, and has positive significance for the all-round development of college students.
