【摘要】：個性化教育是世界一流大學的共同理念,也是一流本科教育的典型特質。世界一流大學實施個性化教育主要有五個行動要素:根植個性文化的大學核心理念,聚焦核心素養(yǎng)的課程體系,基于"類特性"的培養(yǎng)模式,拓展個性化學習空間,踐行尊重學生的服務支持機制等。個性化教育是社會價值、個體價值與大學理想之間的"結合點";共性與特性相統(tǒng)一是個性化課程設計的"基本點";回歸自我教育是個性化發(fā)展的"落腳點";創(chuàng)設多維組織空間是個性化教育的"突破點";尊重每位學生的學習支持體系是個性化服務的"生長點"。
[Abstract]:Individualized education is the common idea of world-class universities, and it is also a typical characteristic of first-class undergraduate education. There are five main elements of action in implementing individualized education in world-class universities: the core idea of universities rooted in individual culture. Focusing on the curriculum system of core literacy, based on the training mode of "class characteristics", expanding the individualized learning space and practicing the service support mechanism of respecting students, the individualized education is the social value, and so on. The "joint point" between individual value and university ideal; the unity of commonness and characteristic is the "basic point" of individualized curriculum design; the return to self-education is the "foothold" of individualized development; and the creation of multi-dimensional organizational space is individualized teaching. Respect for each student's learning support system is the growing point of individualized service.
