【摘要】：開展創(chuàng)新教學(xué)是我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)的基本使命。大學(xué)傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)是一種理論知識傳輸型模式,其最突出問題就是理論脫離實(shí)際,無法激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。大學(xué)創(chuàng)新教學(xué)主張使學(xué)生從"知識接受者"轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?知識探索者",人才培養(yǎng)重心從"知識獲得"變成"能力培養(yǎng)"。它在知識觀上秉持建構(gòu)主義立場,在人才觀上明確將創(chuàng)新人才作為培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),在師生觀上確立平等對話思想,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的主體性地位。認(rèn)識這些基本特征,有助于突破創(chuàng)新教學(xué)在實(shí)踐中的誤區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Developing innovative teaching is the basic mission of contemporary universities in China. Traditional university teaching is a model of theoretical knowledge transmission, and its most prominent problem is that theory is divorced from practice. The innovative teaching in universities can change students from "knowledge receivers" to "knowledge explorers", and the focus of talent training is from "knowledge acquisition" to "ability cultivation", which holds the position of constructivism in the view of knowledge. In the view of talent it is clear that innovative talents should be regarded as the training goal the equal dialogue thought should be established on the view of teachers and students and the main position of students should be emphasized. Understanding these basic characteristics will help to break through the misunderstanding of creative teaching in practice.
