【摘要】：研究生學(xué)術(shù)失范行為分為有意識學(xué)術(shù)失范行為和無意識學(xué)術(shù)失范行為。禁令形式的正式制度能制止研究生有意識學(xué)術(shù)失范行為,但不足以增進(jìn)"善"。過分依賴技術(shù)手段、文本復(fù)制率的不同量化規(guī)定嚴(yán)重誤導(dǎo)研究生學(xué)術(shù)道德規(guī)范認(rèn)知。構(gòu)建治理研究生學(xué)術(shù)失范機(jī)制需要充分發(fā)揮正式制度的懲罰功能,出臺統(tǒng)一的、可操作性強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范指南,加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)道德規(guī)范課程建設(shè)等;同時(shí)注重非正式制度培育,通過校園文化建設(shè)提高研究生學(xué)術(shù)認(rèn)同度和學(xué)術(shù)信仰的建立,凝練核心價(jià)值觀,優(yōu)化指導(dǎo)模式,增進(jìn)研究生學(xué)術(shù)行為的"善"。
[Abstract]:Graduate academic misconduct can be divided into conscious academic misconduct and unconscious academic misconduct. The formal system of ban form can stop the graduate students' conscious academic anomie, but it is not enough to promote "good" and rely too much on technical means. The different quantitative provisions of the text reproduction rate seriously mislead graduate students' cognition of academic ethics. To construct a mechanism for controlling graduate students' academic anomie, it is necessary to give full play to the punishment function of the formal system and to issue a unified and operable guide to academic norms. At the same time, we should pay attention to the cultivation of informal system, improve the degree of academic identity and the establishment of academic belief through the construction of campus culture, refine the core values, optimize the guiding mode, and so on. To promote the "goodness" of postgraduates' academic behavior.
