【摘要】：當代社會已進入新媒體時代,網(wǎng)絡由于其個性化,即時性,交互性等特點,吸引了大學生這一主流群體,不斷影響他們的生活方式,改變他們的思維方式,網(wǎng)絡對他們的影響已經(jīng)深深融入他們的生活中,這就使新媒體環(huán)境下的大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育更具時代性。網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)是公民在現(xiàn)代社會生存的基本技能,也是構(gòu)建和諧網(wǎng)絡空間的基本前提。鑒于新媒體環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的重要性,網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的提出也就成為一種必然的趨勢。隨著新的傳播技術的不斷發(fā)展,對網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的理論與實踐的探索也在由學術自立走向?qū)W術自覺。網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的目的是提高大學生對網(wǎng)絡信息的辨別能力,對網(wǎng)絡技能的操作能力以及網(wǎng)絡法制道德意識,增強大學生的網(wǎng)絡適應能力,樹立正確的價值觀,讓大學生在能夠更好地運用網(wǎng)絡的同時提高自身的素質(zhì)水平。加強大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育是進一步完善大學生思想政治教育體系的需要,也是大學生應對復雜的網(wǎng)絡信息生態(tài)的需要,我們要充分發(fā)揮自己的主觀能動性,以飽滿的精神面貌面對網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育帶來的種種挑戰(zhàn),建立有效機制,有力推動網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。研究分為四個部分。第一部分導論,主要介紹本文研究的背景及意義,國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,以及研究的思路和方法,為后續(xù)研究大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育做好充實的準備。第二部分,對大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的相關理論進行概述,對網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的概念進行了界定,對網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的內(nèi)涵進行了總結(jié)歸納,并分析了大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的作用。第三部分,分析總結(jié)高校大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的主要問題及原因。該部分從大學生自身、家庭、網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境、學校、政府等方面分析當前大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)偏低的原因。第四部分,提出大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的方法和可行性對策。一是培養(yǎng)大學生提高網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的自我教育意識;二是強化家庭教育的輔助作用;三是充分發(fā)揮大眾傳媒的功能和優(yōu)勢,創(chuàng)造一個良好的網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境;四是發(fā)揮高校在大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的優(yōu)勢和作用,完善大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的課程和教材,將大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育內(nèi)容滲透到思想政治理論課教學當中,建立強大的師資力量;五是完善政府的保障職能,要堅持中國特色網(wǎng)絡文化的發(fā)展方向,加強立法,改善行政監(jiān)督,為大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育的實施提供制度保障。從而形成"大學生、家庭、大眾媒體、高校、政府"的多方合力,共同作用于大學生網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)教育,幫助大學生提高網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng),促進其全面地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The contemporary society has entered the era of new media. Because of its characteristics of individuation, immediacy and interactivity, the network attracts the mainstream group of college students, and constantly influences their way of life and changes their way of thinking. The influence of Internet on them has been deeply integrated into their life, which makes the network literacy education of college students in the new media environment more contemporary. Network literacy is the basic skill for citizens to survive in modern society. It is also the basic premise of constructing harmonious cyberspace. In view of the importance of network literacy in the new media environment, the proposition of network literacy education has become an inevitable trend. With the development of new communication technology, The exploration of the theory and practice of network literacy is also moving from academic independence to academic consciousness. The purpose of network literacy education is to improve college students' ability to distinguish network information, to operate network skills and to realize the moral consciousness of network legal system. Enhance the ability of college students to adapt to the network, set up the correct values, It is necessary to further improve the ideological and political education system of college students. It is also the demand of college students to deal with the complex network information ecology. We should give full play to our subjective initiative, face all kinds of challenges brought by network literacy education with full spiritual outlook, and establish an effective mechanism. The research is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, as well as the research ideas and methods. The second part summarizes the related theories of college students' network literacy education and defines the concept of network literacy. This paper summarizes the connotation of network literacy education, and analyzes the function of network literacy education for college students. The third part analyzes the main problems and causes of network literacy education of college students. Network environment, school, government and other aspects of the analysis of the current low network literacy of college students. Part 4th, put forward the network literacy education methods and feasible countermeasures for college students. First, cultivate college students to improve the self-education awareness of network literacy; Second, to strengthen the auxiliary role of family education; third, to give full play to the functions and advantages of mass media, and to create a good network environment; fourth, to give play to the advantages and functions of colleges and universities in the education of college students' network literacy. To perfect the curriculum and teaching materials of college students' network literacy education, to infiltrate the content of college students' network literacy education into the ideological and political theory course teaching, to establish a strong teacher force; fifthly, to perfect the government's safeguard function, We should adhere to the direction of the development of network culture with Chinese characteristics, strengthen legislation, improve administrative supervision, and provide institutional guarantees for the implementation of network literacy education for college students, so as to form "college students, families, mass media, colleges and universities," The joint efforts of the government play a role in the education of college students' network literacy, and help college students improve their network literacy and promote their overall development.
