孔子仁愛思想與高校思想道德教育研究

【摘要】:高校是培養(yǎng)和輸送中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)優(yōu)秀人才的基地。在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r下,將孔子所倡導(dǎo)的仁愛思想引入到對大學(xué)生的思想道德教育過程更符合以人為本、立德樹人的時(shí)代主題與育人原則。在繼承與發(fā)揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化的過程中,挖掘傳統(tǒng)文化中的人文精神內(nèi)涵,在高校當(dāng)中開展仁愛思想教育,使大學(xué)生對這一內(nèi)容形成充分的認(rèn)識(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)仁愛思想與學(xué)生自身價(jià)值的相互統(tǒng)一,保障大學(xué)生的社會(huì)交往活動(dòng)能夠進(jìn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值。使大學(xué)生的知識(shí)素養(yǎng)提升的同時(shí),道德思想也能夠有所提升,以此來為社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)然,在高校思想教育當(dāng)中引入仁愛教育,必須要結(jié)合高校的實(shí)際情況,從其自身價(jià)值角度出發(fā),以發(fā)揮其自身的能動(dòng)性為基礎(chǔ),在符合其心理需求的基礎(chǔ)上,建立一個(gè)與當(dāng)前情況相適應(yīng)的校園文化。在實(shí)踐活動(dòng)當(dāng)中,也要將人文理念融入其中,注重這一觀念與大學(xué)生自身思想的相互結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育活動(dòng)的有效性。品學(xué)兼優(yōu)一直是孔子所倡導(dǎo)的仁愛思想的主要目標(biāo),同時(shí)也與當(dāng)代高校思想教育相符合。人才不僅僅要具備較高水平的專業(yè)知識(shí),還必須要具備較高的道德素養(yǎng)。兩者必須同時(shí)存在,如果僅僅具備道德,不具備才華,那么人才是無法獲得長期發(fā)展的。而如果僅具備才華卻不具備道德則更加的危險(xiǎn),這些人往往會(huì)利用自己的聰慧損害他人的利益。因此,要想使仁愛教育的效果得到充分的保障,首先要注重對目標(biāo)的樹立,具體來說,應(yīng)該做到的內(nèi)容有:一方面,定期開展講座與討論會(huì),使大學(xué)生對仁愛思想具備一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)識(shí),對這一教育活動(dòng)的重要性予以充分的把握。對于高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)來說也必須要從戰(zhàn)略的角度入手,結(jié)合全局概念,對仁愛思想有一個(gè)充分的認(rèn)識(shí)。賦予人才更高的思想道德素質(zhì)。使高校教育事業(yè)得到更好的發(fā)展。對于高校教師來說,也要重視對仁愛思想的學(xué)習(xí),以此來武裝自己,認(rèn)識(shí)到這一思想對人才發(fā)展的重要性。在日常的教育當(dāng)中,注重對孔子思想的充分利用。另一方面,高校要對仁愛思想進(jìn)行充分利用,在此基礎(chǔ)上開展隔離的規(guī)劃,確定一個(gè)明確的發(fā)展方向,對制度進(jìn)行完善,以此為教育活動(dòng)的順利開展奠定基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),高校也要根據(jù)自身的情況,設(shè)立一些專業(yè)的課程。以此來對現(xiàn)有體系進(jìn)行完善,為思想道德教育提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的保障。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the bases for training and conveying outstanding talents in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Under the current economic development condition, the introduction of the benevolence thought advocated by Confucius to the process of ideological and moral education for college students is more in line with the people-oriented approach. In the process of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture, we excavate the connotation of humanistic spirit in the traditional culture, carry out the education of benevolence in colleges and universities, and make the college students have a full understanding of this content. Realize the mutual unification of benevolence thought and students' own value, ensure that the social communication activities of college students can be carried on, realize the value, so that college students' knowledge literacy can be improved, and moral thought can also be promoted. Of course, the introduction of benevolence education in the ideological education of colleges and universities must be based on the actual situation of colleges and universities, from the perspective of their own values, and on the basis of giving full play to their own initiative. In accordance with their psychological needs, to establish a campus culture adapted to the current situation. In practical activities, we should also incorporate the humanistic concept, pay attention to this concept and the integration of their own ideas, To achieve the effectiveness of educational activities. Excellence in both moral and academic qualities has always been the main goal of the benevolence thought advocated by Confucius, and it is also in line with ideological education in contemporary colleges and universities. Talent should not only have a higher level of professional knowledge, There must also be high moral literacy. Both must exist at the same time. If only moral, without talent, talent is not able to achieve long-term development, and if only with talent but not with morality, it is more dangerous. These people often use their wisdom to harm the interests of others. Therefore, in order to ensure the full effectiveness of benevolence education, we must first focus on the establishment of goals, specifically, the following should be done: on the one hand, Regular lectures and seminars are held so that college students have a correct understanding of the idea of benevolence and have a full grasp of the importance of this educational activity. For university leaders, it is also necessary to start from a strategic point of view and combine the overall concept. We should have a full understanding of the idea of benevolence. We should give talents a higher ideological and moral quality, so that the cause of higher education can be better developed. For college teachers, we should also attach importance to the study of the idea of benevolence in order to arm ourselves. Recognizing the importance of this idea to the development of human resources, and paying attention to the full use of Confucius in daily education. On the other hand, colleges and universities should make full use of the idea of benevolence and carry out separate planning on this basis, Determine a clear direction of development and perfect the system so as to lay the foundation for the smooth development of educational activities. At the same time, colleges and universities should also set up some specialized courses according to their own circumstances, so as to perfect the existing system. To provide a solid guarantee for ideological and moral education.
