【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)性短缺的問題,高技能人才的缺口不斷擴(kuò)大,一般技能的勞動(dòng)力供給過剩,就業(yè)困難,對(duì)于培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的高等院校而言,就需要順應(yīng)形勢(shì)做出適時(shí)調(diào)整。2014年,國(guó)家教育部提出推動(dòng)一部分地方性本科院校重新調(diào)整辦學(xué)定位,轉(zhuǎn)辦應(yīng)用技術(shù)型大學(xué)。對(duì)于應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校而言,實(shí)踐教學(xué)在學(xué)生動(dòng)手能力培養(yǎng),實(shí)踐技能訓(xùn)練方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。因此,加強(qiáng)改革、實(shí)現(xiàn)革新,重新構(gòu)建適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)型院校實(shí)際的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系非常重要。轉(zhuǎn)型院校構(gòu)建實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系需要明確兩個(gè)問題,其一為應(yīng)用技術(shù)型大學(xué)需要什么樣的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,其二為如何構(gòu)建適應(yīng)自己轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展需要的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,而這都需要在發(fā)展過程中不斷研究和解決。本研究在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用技術(shù)型大學(xué)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的文獻(xiàn)篩選整理后,逐漸明確了研究思路,確定了研究方法,即主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法。本研究以實(shí)用主義教育理論、能力本位教育思想為理論支撐,在對(duì)新建本科轉(zhuǎn)型院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的相關(guān)內(nèi)容概述后,對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。通過問卷和訪談相結(jié)合的方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建雖然取得了一定進(jìn)步,但是仍然存在一系列問題,如對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)不足、內(nèi)容整合性差、管理滯后、保障缺乏力度等等。進(jìn)而本研究透過現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì),通過對(duì)問題深入剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)主要有傳統(tǒng)“重學(xué)輕術(shù)”觀念制約、教學(xué)內(nèi)容規(guī)劃不合理、管理科學(xué)性不足、教育資源短缺這幾個(gè)方面的原因。在尋根探源、深入了解新建本科轉(zhuǎn)型院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系建設(shè)滯后的緣由之后,本研究借助系統(tǒng)論的方法,從構(gòu)建的原則、突破點(diǎn)介入,對(duì)體系做具體分解,依次從目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、管理、保障這幾大部分詳細(xì)構(gòu)建新建本科轉(zhuǎn)型院校的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, there is a structural shortage in China's labor market. The gap of highly skilled talents is widening, the labor supply of general skills is oversupply, and the employment is difficult. In 2014, the Ministry of Education proposed to promote some local colleges and universities to readjust their orientation and switch to applied technology universities. Practice teaching plays an important role in training students' practical ability and practical skills. It is very important to reconstruct the practical teaching system adapted to the reality of the transforming colleges and universities. Two problems need to be clarified in the construction of the practical teaching system in the transitional colleges. One is what kind of practical teaching system is needed in the applied technology universities. The second part is how to construct the practical teaching system to meet the needs of the transformation and development, which need to be studied and solved constantly in the process of development. After the literature screening and sorting out the practical teaching system of the applied technology university at home and abroad, Gradually clear the research ideas, determine the research methods, that is, mainly use the literature method, questionnaire survey, interview method. This study is based on pragmatism education theory, competency-based education thought as the theoretical support, After summarizing the relevant contents of the practical teaching system in the newly established undergraduate institutions of transition, this paper makes a survey on its present situation. Through the method of combining questionnaire with interview, it is found that the construction of the practical teaching system has made some progress. However, there are still a series of problems, such as insufficient understanding of practical teaching, poor integration of content, lag in management, lack of support and so on. It is found that the main reasons are the restriction of the traditional concept of "attaching importance to learning and neglecting skill", the unreasonable planning of teaching contents, the lack of scientific management and the shortage of educational resources. After deeply understanding the reasons why the construction of practical teaching system in newly established undergraduate transformation colleges lags behind, this study, with the help of system theory, from the principles of construction, breakthrough point intervention, the specific decomposition of the system, in turn from the objectives, content, management, To ensure that these parts of the detailed construction of the new undergraduate transformation colleges and universities practice teaching system.
