【摘要】：獨(dú)立學(xué)院是我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,占據(jù)民辦高等教育的半壁江山,為優(yōu)化高等教育體系結(jié)構(gòu)、培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型本科人才做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。在當(dāng)前國(guó)家大力推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代職教體系建設(shè),引導(dǎo)部分公辦本科院校向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下,獨(dú)立學(xué)院面臨前所未有的壓力,對(duì)生存空間和發(fā)展前景產(chǎn)生了恐慌,在期望舉辦專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育、試圖接近高職教育和堅(jiān)守應(yīng)用型本科辦學(xué)定位之間搖擺不定,生態(tài)位產(chǎn)生了游離傾向。對(duì)此,獨(dú)立學(xué)院必須理性研判在高等教育體系結(jié)構(gòu)中的地位和角色,堅(jiān)持應(yīng)用型本科辦學(xué)定位,專注于應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新,正確看待公辦普通本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型,加強(qiáng)與高職院校辦學(xué)銜接,及時(shí)矯正并不斷優(yōu)化自身的生態(tài)位。
[Abstract]:Independent colleges are an important part of higher education in our country. They occupy half of private higher education, in order to optimize the structure of higher education system, The cultivation of high quality applied undergraduate talents has made important contributions. Under the background of promoting the construction of modern vocational education system and guiding some public colleges and universities to transform to application-oriented colleges, independent colleges are facing unprecedented pressure. There is a panic about the living space and the development prospect. In the hope of holding professional degree graduate education and trying to get close to higher vocational education and sticking to the orientation of running an applied undergraduate course, niche has a free tendency. Independent colleges must rationally study the status and role in the structure of higher education system, adhere to the orientation of applied undergraduate education, focus on the innovation of applied talents training mode, and correctly treat the transformation of public colleges and universities. Strengthen the link with higher vocational schools, timely correction and continuous optimization of their niche.
