【摘要】：從當(dāng)前校企合作存在的主要問題入手,立足于工程實(shí)踐前沿,以浙江傳媒學(xué)院運(yùn)行四年多的由國內(nèi)高校、國外高校、國內(nèi)文創(chuàng)企業(yè)聯(lián)合組建的三方合作平臺(tái)為例,探討國際交流和市場(chǎng)需求兩個(gè)維度拓展校企合作育人共同體的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文應(yīng)用系列涉及發(fā)展的相關(guān)論述明晰行動(dòng)研究的目的,在分析育人共同體要素和結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過行動(dòng)研究分別從交流溝通、實(shí)踐創(chuàng)作、市場(chǎng)對(duì)接方面暢通場(chǎng)域供給,從情感體驗(yàn)和職業(yè)訓(xùn)練方面保障動(dòng)力供給,從育人共同體評(píng)價(jià)和發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)方面確保評(píng)價(jià)供給,推動(dòng)育人共同體的有效運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)契合社會(huì)需求的應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Starting from the main problems existing in the current cooperation between schools and enterprises, and based on the frontier of engineering practice, taking the three-way cooperation platform jointly set up by domestic universities, foreign universities and domestic cultural creation enterprises, which is run by Zhejiang Media Institute for more than four years, as an example. This paper explores the practical significance of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in educating people from the two dimensions of international exchange and market demand. This paper applies a series of related discussions related to development to clarify the purpose of action research, and on the basis of analyzing the elements and structure of the community, Through action research, the field supply is unblocked from the aspects of communication, practical creation, market connection, emotional experience and vocational training to ensure power supply, evaluation of community education and development evaluation to ensure evaluation supply. To promote the effective operation of the Community of Education, to achieve the social needs of the application of talent training.
