【摘要】：高校輔導員是從事大學生思想政治教育工作的中堅力量,其在高校開展宣傳思想工作中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。高校輔導員開展宣傳思想工作面臨諸多困難,既有復雜多變的外部環(huán)境,又有多元開放的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代影響,還有輔導員隊伍自身的良莠不齊。提升高校輔導員宣傳思想工作能力必須從深化理論武裝、提高工作質(zhì)量、提升職業(yè)能力、強化政策落實等幾方面著手。只有這樣才能充分發(fā)揮輔導員的中堅作用,做好高校宣傳思想工作。
[Abstract]:College counselors are the backbone of college students' ideological and political education, which plays an irreplaceable role in the propaganda and ideological work of college students. There are not only complex and changeable external environment, but also the influence of multiple and open Internet times, and the intermingling of counselors themselves. To improve the ability of propaganda and ideological work of college counselors, we must deepen the theoretical armed forces and improve the quality of work. Only in this way can we give full play to the backbone role of counselors and do a good job of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities.
