【摘要】:本文是對當代大學生友善價值觀培養(yǎng)方式的專題研究,以明確培養(yǎng)方式對倡導社會主義友善價值觀的重要意義,探討相宜的培養(yǎng)方法,提高現(xiàn)代大學生友善價值觀教育的實效性為寫作的主旨。在論述了友善價值觀及培養(yǎng)方式的基本理論之后,遵循問題導向,分析了目前大學生友善價值觀的培養(yǎng)存在內(nèi)涵宣傳上有誤導、價值導向上有障礙、制度建設上有缺陷的問題,以及傳統(tǒng)的教條說教過度、現(xiàn)實的怨氣戾氣過重、和媒體的負面宣傳過分等問題存在的原因。針對存在的問題及原因,本文對大學生友善價值觀與培養(yǎng)方式的關(guān)系,從理論上進行了適應性分析。首先從友善價值觀與培養(yǎng)方式之間相互滲透、互為因果和相互作用上論述了二者的緊密聯(lián)系;之后分析了當代大學生友善價值觀對培養(yǎng)方式的特殊需求,從大學生思想活躍的特點需求、自我實現(xiàn)的目標需求及社會實踐的成才需求三個方面展開;進而提出了確立大學生友善價值觀培養(yǎng)方式的基本原則,具體論述為友善價值觀的普遍教育與理論提升相聯(lián)系、理論輔導與環(huán)境營造相聯(lián)系、內(nèi)在修養(yǎng)與行為評價相聯(lián)系。在理論分析的基礎上,本文探討了提升當代大學生友善價值觀培養(yǎng)方式實效性的對策建議。重點要闡明思想政治理論課的主渠道作用,提出要重視針對性,充分利用中外思想文化資源,尤其是在以各種方式組織專題互動討論上進行創(chuàng)新探索,使當代大學生堅定樹立起友善價值觀的思想信念;在踐行友善價值觀的品行修為上,從優(yōu)化人際關(guān)系、校園環(huán)境和制度建設三個方面提出了具體的方法和途徑;最后是有針對性地提出了正確引導大學生理智地面對友善價值觀上各種社會影響的對策,主要是通過正反案例的比較分析使當代大學生在友善價值觀上明辨是非善惡,做出以社會主義友善價值觀嚴于律己的自發(fā)步履。
[Abstract]:This paper is a special study on the cultivation of the friendly values of contemporary college students. The purpose of this study is to make clear the significance of fostering the socialistic friendly values, and to explore the appropriate training methods. The purpose of the writing is to improve the effectiveness of the education of friendly values of modern college students. After discussing the basic theory of friendly values and cultivation methods, we follow the problem-oriented approach. This paper analyzes the problems of misguided propaganda in the cultivation of college students' friendly values, obstacles in value orientation, defects in the system construction, and the excessive preaching of traditional dogma and excessive hostility in reality. In view of the existing problems and reasons, this paper discusses the relationship between the friendly values of college students and the way of cultivation. The adaptability analysis is carried out theoretically. Firstly, the close relationship between friendly values and cultivation methods is discussed in terms of their mutual penetration, mutual causality and interaction. Then it analyzes the special demand of the contemporary college students' friendly values on the cultivation way, from three aspects: the characteristic demand of active thought of college students, the demand of self-realization goal and the demand of social practice. Then it puts forward the basic principles of establishing the cultivation mode of friendly values of college students, and discusses in detail that the general education of friendly values is related to the promotion of theory, and that theoretical guidance is related to the construction of environment. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of friendly values of contemporary college students, with the emphasis on clarifying the main role of the ideological and political theory course. We should pay attention to pertinence, make full use of Chinese and foreign ideological and cultural resources, especially in organizing thematic interactive discussions in various ways for innovative exploration, so as to make contemporary college students firmly establish their ideological beliefs of friendly values. In the practice of friendly values of moral repair, from the optimization of interpersonal relations, campus environment and the construction of three aspects of the specific ways and means; Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to guide the college students to face the social influence on the friendly values rationally, mainly through the comparative analysis of positive and negative cases to make the contemporary college students distinguish the good and the bad from the good and the bad in the friendly values. Take the initiative of being more disciplined by socialist values of friendliness than by self-discipline.
