【摘要】：內(nèi)涵發(fā)展是中國(guó)高等學(xué)校發(fā)展的必然選擇,而要實(shí)現(xiàn)高等學(xué)校的內(nèi)涵發(fā)展必須厘清高等學(xué)校資源配置的邏輯。文章在分析目前我國(guó)高等學(xué)校執(zhí)著于擴(kuò)張的邏輯、資源的邏輯以及外部導(dǎo)向的邏輯后,從學(xué)科差異與院系設(shè)置、學(xué)院自治與資源配置、經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)與分類管理三方面分析了哈佛大學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展與資源配置的邏輯。借鑒哈佛大學(xué)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)高等學(xué)校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題,從資源配置的學(xué)科邏輯、人力資源配置的邏輯、教學(xué)資源配置的邏輯、科研資源配置的邏輯、學(xué)校與院系資源配置的邏輯五個(gè)方面,提出了促進(jìn)高等學(xué)校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的資源配置改革建議。
[Abstract]:The connotation development is the inevitable choice of the development of Chinese colleges and universities, but to realize the connotation development of the colleges and universities, we must clarify the logic of the resources allocation of the colleges and universities. The logic of resources and the logic of external orientation, from the subject differences and the establishment of departments, college autonomy and resource allocation, This paper analyzes the logic of the subject development and resource allocation of Harvard University from the three aspects of funding structure and classified management, draws lessons from the relevant experiences of Harvard University, and combines the key problems of the connotation development of our country's colleges and universities, from the subject logic of resource allocation. In this paper, the logic of human resource allocation, the logic of teaching resource allocation, the logic of scientific research resource allocation, and the logic of school and department resource allocation are put forward, and the reform suggestions are put forward to promote the connotation development of colleges and universities.
