【摘要】：當(dāng)前,應(yīng)用型本科院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)過程中存在教學(xué)目標(biāo)不明確、教學(xué)模式有待改進(jìn)、教學(xué)資源不足、教師教學(xué)能力有所欠缺等問題。文章在研究現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制內(nèi)涵及特征的基礎(chǔ)上,通過借鑒現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制在實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的改革創(chuàng)新,針對當(dāng)前應(yīng)用型本科院校面臨的困難,總結(jié)出明確實(shí)踐教學(xué)地位、建立基于工學(xué)結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式、提高實(shí)踐教學(xué)投入力度、打造專兼結(jié)合的教師隊(duì)伍等改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the process of practical teaching in applied undergraduate colleges, such as unclear teaching objectives, lack of teaching resources, lack of teaching resources, lack of teaching ability, etc. On the basis of studying the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship system, this paper studies the characteristics of the system of apprenticeship. Based on the reform and innovation of the modern apprenticeship system in practical teaching, and in view of the difficulties faced by the current applied undergraduate colleges, this paper sums up the clear position of practical teaching and establishes a talent training model based on the combination of work and learning. Improve the investment in practical teaching, build a special and combined teaching staff and other improvement measures.
