【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來(lái),由于大學(xué)生文化水平的不斷提高,大學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)有了很大的提升,但是大學(xué)生的自身修養(yǎng)卻是參差不齊,在人格方面出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題,面臨著各種挑戰(zhàn)。這些問(wèn)題集中體現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生當(dāng)前物化人格凸顯,過(guò)于注重對(duì)物欲的追求,而忽視了自身的精神追求。隨著對(duì)大學(xué)生物化人格問(wèn)題的不斷深入研究,塑造大學(xué)生理想人格就成為當(dāng)前大學(xué)生成才教育的重大課題。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人生觀上的物欲主義和價(jià)值觀上的虛無(wú)主義,給大學(xué)生帶來(lái)的沖擊日漸增大,成為大學(xué)生成才道路上的障礙,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生在成才過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了各種問(wèn)題�？偨Y(jié)這些問(wèn)題我們可以把它們集中歸納為大學(xué)生物化人格的形成和泛濫,即缺少對(duì)生命和自然的敬畏之心,過(guò)分追求虛名；以自我為中心,缺乏合作意識(shí)和誠(chéng)信意識(shí);過(guò)度追逐本我,嚴(yán)重的利己主義認(rèn)知和行為；沉迷于虛幻世界不能自拔,缺少大學(xué)生應(yīng)有的社會(huì)擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)鹊�。研究中華民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,莊子是一位不可遺漏的人物。他的思想不僅對(duì)中國(guó)古代社會(huì)的影響是巨大的,而且對(duì)當(dāng)代社會(huì)大學(xué)生理想人格塑造,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生成才同樣具有重要意義。莊子的人格思想是莊子哲學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容,文章將集中探討莊子的人格思想,將莊子人格思想中的精華引入大學(xué)生成才教育的的培養(yǎng)當(dāng)中,并且更加注重莊子的人格思想的實(shí)踐價(jià)值,充分發(fā)揮它在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生塑造理想人格中的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用,進(jìn)而使大學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)正確的對(duì)待個(gè)人和社會(huì)、個(gè)人和他人及人自身的關(guān)系問(wèn)題,提高自身的內(nèi)在素養(yǎng),為自身成才奠定良好基礎(chǔ),以促進(jìn)自身全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, due to the continuous improvement of college students' cultural level, the overall quality of college students has been greatly improved, but the self-cultivation of college students is uneven, and there are many problems in personality. Faced with all kinds of challenges, these problems are embodied in the current materialized personality of college students, paying too much attention to the pursuit of material desire, but neglecting their own spiritual pursuit. Shaping the ideal personality of college students has become a major issue in the education of college students. With the development of the market economy, the impact of materialism and nihilism on outlook on life on college students is increasing day by day. To become an obstacle on the path of college students to become a talent, leading to the emergence of a variety of problems in the process of college students. To sum up these problems, we can concentrate on the formation and proliferation of materialized personality of college students. That is, lack of reverence for life and nature, excessive pursuit of false fame; egocentric, lack of sense of cooperation and integrity; excessive pursuit of the ego, serious egoistic cognition and behavior; and indulgence in the fantasy world. Zhuangzi is an indispensable figure in studying the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. His thoughts not only have a great influence on the ancient Chinese society, It is also of great significance to shape the ideal personality of college students in contemporary society and to promote the development of college students. The personality thought of Zhuangzi is an important part of Zhuangzi's philosophy, and the article will focus on the personality thought of Zhuangzi. The essence of Zhuangzi's personality thought is introduced into the cultivation of college students' personality education, and the practical value of Zhuangzi's personality thought is paid more attention to, so as to give full play to its guiding and referential role in shaping the ideal personality of contemporary college students. So that college students learn to deal with the relationship between individuals and society, individuals and others and themselves, improve their own internal accomplishment, and lay a good foundation for their own development, in order to promote their overall development.
