【摘要】:大學(xué)教授是一所大學(xué)最珍貴的財富,他們肩負(fù)著人才培養(yǎng)與科學(xué)研究的使命,其制度設(shè)計對一所大學(xué)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。為進(jìn)一步提高大學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)競爭力,促進(jìn)教學(xué)與科研質(zhì)量的提升,同時滿足國家"雙一流大學(xué)"建設(shè)需求,大學(xué)教師制度的探究逐步成為大學(xué)相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)研究的焦點(diǎn)之一,其中對大學(xué)教授制度的研究則是重中之重。眾所周知,中世紀(jì)大學(xué)起源于歐洲大陸,德國更是在19世紀(jì)初期創(chuàng)造性地提出"教學(xué)與科研相結(jié)合"思想,使大學(xué)教師開始扮演研究者的角色。德國傳統(tǒng)的大學(xué)教授制度因其獨(dú)特性,至今影響深遠(yuǎn)。21世紀(jì)初期,為適應(yīng)新一輪高等教育國際化的浪潮,德國大學(xué)對大學(xué)教授制度進(jìn)行了改革,使其發(fā)展備受關(guān)注;谝陨蠋c(diǎn),本文就德國大學(xué)教授制度進(jìn)行深入的考察與分析。論文首先思考了德國大學(xué)和大學(xué)教授制度的內(nèi)涵,根據(jù)德國大學(xué)的分類,本研究將"德國大學(xué)"限定為德國高等學(xué)校中的大學(xué)(Uni)以及其他具有博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的同等學(xué)校;辨析了德國大學(xué)教授制度的概念,認(rèn)為"教授制度"主要包括教授的準(zhǔn)入制度、聘任制度、晉升制度、薪酬制度、考核制度等一系列制度。然后,論文梳理了德國大學(xué)教授制度的歷史演進(jìn),重點(diǎn)考察了目前德國大學(xué)教授制度的安排與運(yùn)行,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對德國大學(xué)教授制度的特征進(jìn)行分析。最后,論文凝練出德國大學(xué)教授制度的價值意蘊(yùn)并對我國大學(xué)教授制度的完善提供啟示。本文以德國大學(xué)教授制度為研究對象,創(chuàng)新性地梳理了德國大學(xué)教授制度的歷史演進(jìn),系統(tǒng)地描述了目前德國大學(xué)教授制度的安排與運(yùn)行,更新了研究內(nèi)容,為未來的研究提供了良好的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:University professors are the most precious wealth of a university. They shoulder the mission of talent training and scientific research, and their institutional design is crucial to the development of a university. To promote the quality of teaching and scientific research, and to meet the needs of the construction of "double first-class universities", the exploration of university teacher system has gradually become one of the focuses of academic research in universities. It is well known that medieval universities originated in the continent of Europe, and Germany creatively put forward the idea of "combining teaching with scientific research" in the beginning of 19th century. In order to adapt to the new wave of internationalization of higher education, the traditional university professor system in Germany, because of its unique characteristics, has a profound influence on the beginning of the 21st century. German universities have reformed the university professorship system and paid much attention to its development. Based on the above points, this paper makes a thorough investigation and analysis of the German university professorship system. First of all, the paper thinks about the connotation of German university and university professorship system. According to the classification of German universities, this study limited "German universities" to universities in German universities (Unis) and other equivalent schools with the right to grant doctorate degrees, and analyzed the concept of German university professorship system. The author thinks that the "professor system" mainly includes the admission system, appointment system, promotion system, salary system, appraisal system and so on. Then, the paper combs the historical evolution of the German university professor system. This paper focuses on the arrangement and operation of the current German university professorship system, and on this basis analyzes the characteristics of the German university professorship system. The paper condenses the value implication of the German university professor system and provides enlightenment to the perfection of the university professor system in our country. This paper takes the German university professor system as the research object, combs the historical evolution of the German university professor system innovatively. This paper systematically describes the arrangement and operation of the current German university professor system, updates the research contents and provides a good theoretical basis for future research.
