【摘要】：在政府采購工作實(shí)踐中,高校采購部門需要把控好幾個方面的工作:明確政府采購的實(shí)施主體;在準(zhǔn)確理解公開招標(biāo)、邀請招標(biāo)、競爭性談判、競爭性磋商、單一來源和詢價概念及適應(yīng)情形的基礎(chǔ)上正確選擇政府采購方式;規(guī)范執(zhí)行政府采購相關(guān)程序,并能切實(shí)推進(jìn)政府采購信息的公開。
[Abstract]:In the practice of government procurement, the procurement departments of colleges and universities need to control several aspects of work: to make clear the main body of government procurement, to understand public bidding accurately, to invite tenders, to negotiate competitively, to negotiate competitively. On the basis of the concept of single source and inquiry and its adaptation to the situation, the government procurement mode should be correctly selected, the relevant procedures of government procurement should be standardized, and the publicity of government procurement information could be promoted.
