【摘要】：如何在地方本科院校工程教育類本科專業(yè)中實施有效的工程能力培養(yǎng),本文針對一些專業(yè)點實踐教學(xué)范疇中所存在的教學(xué)體系不完備、教學(xué)模式不適應(yīng)、師資隊伍工程化水平不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)資源利用不充分等影響工程能力培養(yǎng)的問題,以系統(tǒng)化的解決思路,提出了"產(chǎn)學(xué)三級聯(lián)動"工程能力分級培養(yǎng)模式。闡述了該模式的總體思路和關(guān)鍵教學(xué)改革,給出了以"網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程"專業(yè)為例的教學(xué)改革實踐及其效果評價,可為地方院校工程教育類專業(yè)提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:How to implement effective engineering ability training in engineering education majors of local undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper aims at the incomplete teaching system in some practical teaching fields, and the teaching mode is not suitable for it. The problems that affect the engineering ability training, such as the insufficient engineering level of teachers and the insufficient utilization of industrial resources, are used to solve the problems systematically. This paper puts forward the training mode of engineering ability of "three-level linkage of production and learning", expounds the general idea and key teaching reform of this model, and gives the practice of teaching reform and its effect evaluation taking the specialty of "network engineering" as an example. It can provide reference and reference for engineering education specialty in local colleges and universities.
