【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問(wèn)題連續(xù)多年來(lái)成為政府工作任務(wù)之一及公眾熱議的話題,與此困境相關(guān)的是關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的討論。本文以大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向作為研究對(duì)象,以2000年以來(lái)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ),輔助于近年來(lái)的實(shí)證調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),探究了就業(yè)體制改革以后大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的演變歷程,并據(jù)此提出了相關(guān)的策略建議。全文共分為以下五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一部分:緒論。本章介紹了本文的研究背景,梳理了研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)核心概念進(jìn)行了界定。第二部分,基于馬克思主義關(guān)于價(jià)值的研究,結(jié)合中國(guó)學(xué)者在價(jià)值哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究成果,闡釋了大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,基于此研究框架,在對(duì)篩選過(guò)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行深入分析之后發(fā)現(xiàn):從20世紀(jì)70年代到現(xiàn)在,大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向大致經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段的變遷。高校就業(yè)體制改革初期,模糊性就業(yè)價(jià)值取向階段;就業(yè)困境背景下,探索多元價(jià)值取向的階段;近年來(lái),多方合作努力下,趨于理性的價(jià)值取向。不同歷史階段下,每一個(gè)時(shí)期大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向都有不同。第四部分,根據(jù)前一章的研究結(jié)果,我們從經(jīng)濟(jì)體制、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期價(jià)值觀、高等教育改革、家庭資本四個(gè)方面出發(fā),探討了大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向可能的影響因素。第五部分,基于以上研究結(jié)果,本文嘗試從國(guó)家層面、高校層面、學(xué)生層面、媒體層面出發(fā)提出了大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向可能的引導(dǎo)策略。
[Abstract]:The difficult employment of college students has been a hot topic for the government work Ren Wuzhi and the public for many years, and the dilemma is related to the discussion of the employment value orientation of college students. This paper takes the employment value orientation of college students as the research object. Based on the relevant literature since 2000, this paper studies the evolution of the employment value orientation of college students after the reform of the employment system, which is assisted by the empirical investigation data in recent years. The first part: introduction. This chapter introduces the research background of this paper, combs the research status, and defines the core concepts. Based on the Marxist research on value and the research results of Chinese scholars in the field of value philosophy, this paper explains the theoretical basis of the employment value orientation of college students. From 1970s to now, the orientation of employment value of college students has undergone three stages of change: at the beginning of the reform of employment system in colleges and universities, the stage of fuzziness employment value orientation; Under the background of employment predicament, it explores the stage of multiple value orientation; in recent years, it tends to rational value orientation under the cooperation of many parties. In different historical stages, the employment value orientation of college students has different parts in 4th. According to the results of the previous chapter, we discuss the possible influencing factors of college students' employment value orientation from four aspects: economic system, social transformation values, higher education reform and family capital. Part 5th, Based on the above research results, this paper tries to put forward the possible guiding strategies of the employment value orientation of college students from the national level, the university level, the student level, the media level.
