【摘要】：文章利用1988—2013年間的五輪CHIP全國(guó)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),估計(jì)了中國(guó)大學(xué)教育溢價(jià)水平及其演化趨勢(shì)。研究表明:中國(guó)在各個(gè)時(shí)期都存在著顯著的大學(xué)教育溢價(jià),自上世紀(jì)八十年代末以來,中國(guó)大學(xué)教育溢價(jià)的演化呈現(xiàn)出倒U型特征,其轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)發(fā)生在2007—2013年期間;中國(guó)大學(xué)教育溢價(jià)的水平存在異質(zhì)性,非年輕畢業(yè)生、女性、東部地區(qū)、非國(guó)有單位、低工資分位的勞動(dòng)者的大學(xué)教育溢價(jià)更高;中國(guó)大學(xué)教育溢價(jià)演化的倒U型趨勢(shì)特征不存在異質(zhì)性,其對(duì)不同特征組和工資分位的勞動(dòng)者均普遍成立。文章的研究結(jié)論肯定了中國(guó)過去十多年的高等教育規(guī)模擴(kuò)展政策,同時(shí)指出未來高等教育發(fā)展的方向要著眼于質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:This paper estimates the level and evolution trend of college education premium in China by using five rounds of CHIP national survey data from 1988 to 2013. The results show that there are significant university education premiums in China since the end of -20s. The evolution of university education premium in China shows the characteristics of inverted U shape and its turning point occurred in the period of 2007-2013. The level of university education premium in China is heterogeneity, non-young graduates, women, eastern region, non-state-owned units, etc. The college education premium of workers with low wage quartile is higher than that of Chinese university education premium, and there is no heterogeneity in the trend of the evolution of university education premium in China. The conclusion of this paper confirms the policy of expanding the scale of higher education in China in the past ten years and points out that the direction of the development of higher education in the future should focus on the improvement of quality.
