【摘要】：技術(shù)理性思維下的權(quán)力運(yùn)作機(jī)制存在道德易于滑坡、壓抑個(gè)性自由、過(guò)度強(qiáng)調(diào)紀(jì)律、忽視頂層目標(biāo)等痼疾,阻礙了二級(jí)學(xué)院的發(fā)展。融合了技術(shù)理性與價(jià)值理性二者優(yōu)點(diǎn)的批判技術(shù)理性能夠有效彌補(bǔ)技術(shù)理性的缺陷,以此為指導(dǎo)對(duì)二級(jí)學(xué)院權(quán)力運(yùn)作機(jī)制進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對(duì)提升高校的治理效益大有裨益。批判技術(shù)理性思維下二級(jí)學(xué)院權(quán)力運(yùn)作機(jī)制的形成需要培育注重宏觀把控的權(quán)力運(yùn)作環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)"學(xué)習(xí)—?jiǎng)?chuàng)新—發(fā)展型"組織建設(shè)以及形成以"服務(wù)—激發(fā)"為導(dǎo)向的權(quán)力運(yùn)作方式。
[Abstract]:The mechanism of power operation under the rational thinking of technology has some chronic diseases, such as morality is easy to slide, personality freedom is suppressed, discipline is overemphasized, the top goal is ignored, and so on. The critical technical rationality, which combines the advantages of technical rationality and value rationality, can effectively remedy the defects of technological rationality, and take this as a guide to improve the power operation mechanism of secondary colleges. The formation of the power operation mechanism of the secondary college under the critical technological rational thinking needs to cultivate the power operation environment that pays attention to the macro control. To strengthen the organizational construction of "learning-innovation-development" and to form a power operation mode oriented by "service-stimulation".
