【摘要】：近幾年來(lái),中國(guó)大學(xué)更名浪潮風(fēng)起云涌。在這股浪潮背后存在著種種亂象,其主要表現(xiàn)為高度趨同化。這些亂象是傳統(tǒng)思想和社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)等多重作用下導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果,已對(duì)高等教育秩序造成了負(fù)面影響,到了非治理不可的地步。大學(xué)治理是大學(xué)內(nèi)在理性發(fā)展的必然,校名治理應(yīng)成為大學(xué)治理的重要方面。治理從理論上有外部和內(nèi)部?jī)蓷l路徑。校名治理需要政府有關(guān)部門(mén)加強(qiáng)管控,更需要大學(xué)自身理性覺(jué)醒之后的自治。大學(xué)在命定校名時(shí)應(yīng)借鑒國(guó)外大學(xué)的通行做法,也可從學(xué)生行業(yè)分布或?qū)W校主干學(xué)科考慮,并廣泛聽(tīng)取公眾意見(jiàn)以實(shí)現(xiàn)"多元共治"。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a rising tide of university renaming in China. Behind this wave, there are various chaotic phenomena, which are mainly characterized by high convergence. These chaotic images are the result of multiple actions such as traditional thinking and social reality. Has had a negative impact on the order of higher education, to the point where governance is necessary. University governance is a necessity for the rational development of universities. The governance of school name should become an important aspect of university governance. There are two ways of governance in theory: external and internal. The governance of school name needs the government departments concerned to strengthen the control and control. Universities need autonomy after their rational awakening. Universities should learn from the common practice of foreign universities in determining their names, consider the distribution of students' industries or the main subjects of schools, and widely listen to public opinions in order to achieve "pluralistic and co-governing".
