【摘要】：主渠道主陣地協(xié)同育人需要隊(duì)伍融合來實(shí)現(xiàn)。隊(duì)伍融合是落實(shí)黨和國家相關(guān)要求以及現(xiàn)實(shí)的需要,是協(xié)同理論的有效實(shí)踐。成都學(xué)院主渠道主陣地協(xié)同育人隊(duì)伍融合路徑主要包括:以學(xué)科歸屬為根本,融合隊(duì)伍事業(yè)基礎(chǔ);以課程改革為抓手,聚合隊(duì)伍智慧力量;以溝通交流為平臺(tái),拓展隊(duì)伍信息共享;以適應(yīng)新發(fā)展為動(dòng)力,努力提升隊(duì)伍融合水平。
[Abstract]:The main channel and the main position need team fusion to realize the cooperation and education of the people. The team integration is the need to implement the relevant requirements of the Party and the state and the actual needs. It is an effective practice of the coordination theory. The main position of Chengdu University is the main position of collaborative education team fusion path mainly includes: taking the discipline ownership as the foundation, integrating the team cause foundation, taking the curriculum reform as the grasping hand, aggregating the team wisdom strength; Take communication and exchange as the platform to expand the team information sharing; to adapt to the new development as the driving force, strive to improve the level of team integration.
